  1. I don't quite understand the annoyance people feel with Sky over this situation. From a business perspective (and Sky are a profiteering company, not a charity), they have paid comparatively little to the Scottish game and still ended up with a schedule filler every week. Why should they pay more than they have to? Perhaps people's ire should be more directed to the BBC considering the disparity in money being paid to the EPL/SPL for highlights.
  2. I refused to befriend my sister on Facebook as all she posted were Friends quotes. All the time.
  3. "Dishes done - check Kids in bed - check glass of wine - check Now to relax!!!!!"
  4. I can promise you not one cop got paid overtime for that. Instead, they were drafted in from all over the city, leaving some parts of Glasgow with the bare minimum of cover while ra peepul had their futile day in the sun.
  5. So you're actually of an age to see how much of a vile institution your club has become. All the fines, the fan trouble, the bigotry, the racism the exclusionary signing policy....and you're still proud to associate yourself with all that. Because THAT is what makes Rangers what it is. A beacon to the bigots. A really decent person would have renounced all that in disgust. But you evidently haven't.
  6. If decent Rangers fans really were decent, they would be supporting their local club and not the odious monster that Rangers FC has become.
  7. Undoubtedly there are, although they are strangely silent when their fellow fans actions are called into question. Poor behaviour by OF supporters seems to be carried out by a sizeable majority and silently condoned by everyone else in their ranks.
  8. Greene is intentionally constructing a negative PR image for Rangers imo. He needs a newco and therefore a rejection of the CVA in order to make his money.
  9. Actual lol. So your shame is the equivalent to your long years of cheating? It may have been on the instruction of a few, but your club and its fans benefited for two decades, depriving other clubs of legitimate chances of competing and forcing many others to spend money on 2nd rate foreigners in desperate attempts to play catch-up. Where was your shame when your fellow bears went on the rampage in Manchester? Where was your shame when your club was repeatedly fined for sectarian chants? Where was your shame when your club refused to sign a Catholic for 100 years? You have no shame, because if you did, you wouldn't support such a vile institution. You wouldn't support a club which proudly stands for exclusion, bigotry and racism. Your supporters groups bleat about bigoted singing as being the acts of a minority, but where has the criticism been from the majority? Conspicuously absent, because it is the case, as everyone else knows, that such singing is condoned by EVERYONE in the Ibrox ranks, no matter their age, gender or upbringing. And still, after all the fines, after all the cheating, the singing and the fraudulent schemes, you still fail to show a semblance of dignity, or of guilt. Not a single Rangers fan can provide a genuine reason as to why your stinking carcass of a club should be saved. You don't understand why your club is so despised by the supporters of others. You can't understand why someone would choose to support their local team over the famous Glasgow Rangers. You cheated your way to title after title, trophy after trophy, award after award. And you want us to think the club has suffered enough because of the "shame?" You are right on one thing though - I probably would feel pity for any other club in similar circumstances. But your club is a vile, racist and bigoted organisation, a stain on society and a cause of division and violence for many. You won't be missed.
  10. Thanks. I would be using it once or twice weekly, going about 10 - 15 miles each time. It's purely for leisure as I live too far away from work to cycle. It would mainly be cycle paths/roads but I would like the chance to do a bit of off roading.
  11. What do you think of these bikes? http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductMobileDisplay?catalogId=10151&storeId=10001&productId=840919&categoryId=165534&langId=-1 http://www.argos.co.uk/m/static/Product/partNumber/3176993/Trail/searchtext%3EBIKES.htm
  12. Ally McCoist seems to have got away Scot free after the SFA dossier was published informing us, as we all suspected, that Rangers had a representative at the hearing and that therefore, he would have known exactly who the panel were. No tough questions, no demands for an explanation. It's a Channel Islands dinner all over again.
  13. Why aren't Hearts kicking up over Lee Wallace? They've lost a player and not even been compensated for him. Rangers even have the nerve to keep playing him.
  14. Thanks for that. I have a couple of bike shops nearby so will take a look when I have time and see what you guys think. It's jst a pity I can't cycle to work.
  15. Recently I've developed shinsplints for some reason. It's preventing me from even playing a game of football, most annoying.
  16. People who use "Yasss" in response to something. Normally used when someone likes to tell the world their intentions on a night out, or share their luck in the gambling world. "Yassss coupon up again, BOOM!!!" "Gonna get on it like a car bonnet the nite, yaaaaasss!!!"
  17. How's it going. Been looking to buy a bike for a while now and I'm a bit stuck as to what to go for. I'm a bit confused as to what kind of bike would suit my needs best - I keep hearing about road bikes, hybrids and mountain bikes but everyone seems to have different opinions as to what's best. I'd be cycling for maybe 5 - 10 miles once or twice a week, bit of road cycling, bit of cycle paths. I don't anticipate going off road too often but can't rule it out as I have a few places nearby which are pretty good for getting on the dirt. I'd also be looking to get my fiance a bike, although she wouldn't be using it as often as me and wouldn't be going off road at all. Just wondering what you guys think would suit me and how much you would spend on a bike in that case? Cheers!
  18. St Walter Smith...upset about the diddy clubs not supporting the Gers? Telling us that we will suffer without Rangers? Where was your concern for us a few years ago when your club whored itself to the EPL?
  19. I would get too depressed if I were to post on the RM forum. The stupidity and lack of ability to consider other points of view would do my nut in.
  20. Are there other clubs wishing to join the SFL? I'm just thinking that others may kick up a fuss if Rangers did apply to join the Third Division and jumped the queue ahead of others who are already waiting. But as we all know, money talks.
