First step should be negotiating the departure of Holt and Sheerin.

Quite literally one of the only things that would make me hate the club more than I do now would be putting Holt in charge.

Sheerin's post-match interview has all the hallmarks of one with a kid's coach. He genuinely doesn't even seem that bothered. A quick scan of the socials today seems to indicate that the majority of supporters appear to be accepting this as the new standard. There doesn't seem to be any anger at yesterday's result, more... I find where we are completely depressing, but I also find myself agreeing with others that I find myself caring less week on week. Holt needs to go, but I've seen absolutely nothing from Sheerin to indicate he has what it takes to manage Falkirk. Just a bit scunner to be honest.

Said before and I'll say again, no point getting rid of Sheerin if Holt stays. Holt led the process that saw Sheerin appointed, we couldn't allow him to do that again.
