  1. Try and think it through, all this enemy stuff, its embarrassing and the drawing is just insensitive, naive ,stupid and offensive. I tell my kids to think about what they post online as ultimately this stuff can be misconstrued at a later time but if you don't possess that awareness I would say that you may not have the where with all to be a fit and proper person to be a Director. This is just replicating the same mistakes committed by other failed regimes.
  2. It not outrage its laughter at your clubs inability to not trawl the gutter. Is this the club that wants to lead Scottish football ? Embarrassing FC.
  3. I suppose the thinking is if he defended Craig Whyte then we should be ok, he can trot out the party line whenever we need to get them to part with more money at the next share issue and we can use him as a patsy if it goes tits up again.
  4. I do chuckle at their rather simplistic narrative that gets regurgitated with nearly every regime change to entice more to part with their cash. Given the entry of the 'spivs' was a consequence of Chucky's business model of appeasement to get as many as possible to part with their money, how many Diddy team spectators highlighted the strategy, of it being remiscent of a smash and grab raid leaving a basket case for someone else to deal with. If they were really serious about a sustainable business model they would have done what the 'spivs' had to do and cut the overheads and develop a business model but that meant acknowledging a change in circumstances and the possibility of alienating the gullible. It really doesn't make any real difference whether they sell more ST or not as this would only add to the pressure to increase overheads via playing staff. There is also the insolvable problem of running costs that no one has solved if it can be, the reality could be the inflexibility of the fanbase to accept change.
  5. How ironic folk helping each other with their tax bill on the BRALT, if you have that much experience someone is looking for volunteers couldn't do any harm to offer advice to the Sevco and if you are a porn magnet all the better.
  6. Are we playing top trumps ? No wonder they are burning through MA's money with all the dry ice machines and reflective surfaces at Mordor.
  7. On what grounds were they suspended, you didn't like them, they have a contract of employment and were there to honour that its just the same as McCoist on gardening leave. If you insinuating that they did something wrong on what evidence, just because they are inconvenient does not diminish their legitimacy.
  8. I think you'll find that your 2 clubs got themselves into their own mess so MA's involvement was a consequence of that mismanagement and he is still there, one minute you are vilifying the guy but your happy to keep your entity going using SD loans. If it wasn't for his loans your second club wouldn't have been able to pay a VAT bill or indeed pay employees. So it is rather rich to expect the rest of Scottish football to applaud his exit when he had no impact on any other club expect yours.
  9. That seems a rather simplistic interpretation but since you are a Sevconian we fully understand. The SFA were unhappy due to a conflict of interest with Newcastle/Sevco. I don't think the SFA could halt his purchase of shares if he wanted to do so. I wonder if the SFA will display the same consitency when King and Murray have to fulfil the fit and proper person criteria. Again Tedi you misinterpret the post it was to highlight MA's rationale, to make money rather than have a desire to control your tawdry club.
  10. Will there be a legal challenge ? Using MA loans to fight his appointees Dwindling a finite resource £ You have to wonder when all the shares were being horse traded and Ashley didn't buy more, did he know or understood that there would be a suspension of the shares at the AIM as DK could have a difficulty retaining a NOMAD and if that persists the shares would be worthless so securing the assets via the loans was a better investment, leaving his opponents buying up the shares dumped by the hedge funds who no doubt could also see the potential problem.
  11. There is a big difference asking a few volunteers to put down covers etc and doing repair work on the stadium. Obviously this is a fan trying to help but the reality could be one of insurance and other liabilities. The problem is one of workmanship and who guarentees that, you may have people with the best intentions in the world but are not trades people. I do think its a non flyer because of the potential issues. You take the worst case scenario a member of the public is injured as a result of work carried out by a volunteer, the legal ramifications are huge and as a limited company it doesn't make sense unless you are insolvent and simply don't have the money to trade.
  12. Alight here for Whereaboutery Central. I don't believe he made an issue with the attendance, the revenue streams are more than how many mackerel DK has hooked in the latest re-incarnation. For investors looking at those shares to make money rather than a donation I would say the points are valid. Until you get some credible answers and tangible evidence that the business model is transformed I think outside your cocoon there is some concern about the viability of this business. Given you have eat through £70m in 3/4 years and have attempted to cut costs to the detriment of the infrastructure of assets, to remedy that will require funding there is also the loans to MA and even if you pay them off, it reduces the cash available to do other things. Nice try about playing up to the hard luck story so when you all troop back to greet the new messiah you can herald it as a triumph when the reality is the boycott was orchestrated by DK who is now in charge, so the boost in attendance will only highlight the hive mentality in which you will respond to being spoon fed the same propaganda. Honestly what is the difference between the stuff King is peddling to Minty/Whyte and Green ? It is the same old cliches rolled out time and time again. They should trade in the Gazebo and buy a wishing well.
  13. Only thing is if they ever get back to challenging your club will be signing joint deals like they did in the past and you will use that unholy alliance to carve out a bigger slice of media deals and prize monies. So while you don't need the clownshoe club if they did get to where they want to go your club would be a willing accomplice in creating a greater gap between the the same cheeks and the Diddy teams.
  14. Inviting John Greig into the Directors box on Tuesday. The guy sat on his hands during the Whyte era and then walked away. I can see them buying a Deloren and travel back in time for the party tunes and war chest. Its like watching reruns of Friends we all know what the story is but its still funny at times.
  15. Don't be so obtuse for once in your life, if your new mob are thinking of ripping up the SD contracts you don't like what make you think Mash holdings will have any desire let you have that money on favourable terms. You wanted Ashley out because he was a b*****d but now you think he will let King out of the SD contracts and keep the loans, does that sound like something MA is prone to do ? If King doesn't pay him off then Ashley will use that as leverage to retain those contracts and get representation on the board again. Ashley is driven by greed not sentiment he didn't care about your traditions or any of the other crap he just saw you as an easy mark with a possibility to make money if that deminishes so will the prospect of his willingness to let you use that unless he sees a benefit as the loans are secured.
  16. So you think Ashley will stand back and let you rip up the contracts you don't like but let you keep the money you need to keep going. Now does Mike Ashley look as though he has any sentimentality towards Sevco. He got involved to make money from you not to treat you like some basket case.
  17. Tom English made some good points on the money front which has no doubt been overlooked by the Zombies in 2013 DK said he had £30m to invest and that the infrastructure of the club needed about £20m +, now he has reduced both the need for investment and the levels of maintenance of Mordor and MP nevermind the coaching set up and playing staff. To me DK and PM are using the same slight of hand trick that Minty, Whyte and Green used, what do you want to hear, we'll be back if the supporters pony up again, you want representation on the board yes of course you can have that , if someone asked them for orange taps and more stars they'd agree to that as well, do you have to suffer from short term memory loss to follow Sevco ?
  18. The only difference between a good guy and a bad one seems to be the willingness to w**k off the supporters with promises of Champions League music and putting all the diddy teams to the sword with major signings from the war chest coffers. There are no good guys amongst any of the leading players in this you would think the Sevconians would catch on to that reality.
  19. Did you notice the Butcher's Aprone flying out of King's head, nice wee touch of propaganda the Zombies will lap it up. Notice he wasn't concerned about the level of debt but given the money they had and are now in debt would that not concern anyone not wearing blinkers ?
  20. Is it compulsory to have a history of dubious business practices to sit on the board of whichever version of The Rangers is in existence. First question they need to ask anyone, how do we fix the gap between incoming and out going finances. If not, how will that be funded and just like school they need to show their working out and the answer.
  21. This thread is about the financial mismanagement of a club no longer in existence and the subsequent fabricated narrative to appease that fan base for financial exploitation and the resulting deja vu of its reincarnation. All the name calling and faux offence is a tactic to distract from the original purpose. The next chapter of the continued omnishambles is just around the corner and no doubt the Sevconian Zombie Army will be more visceral in the defence of the tribute act but as many who have followed the events over the last few years another false dawn will just add to the schadenfreude.
  22. Question, If King gets in what about Ashley's loans ? If they vote to oust his guys from the board will that break the terms of the loan ? How long would they have to pay him off and also get through to the end of the season. How much would it take to get them to the end of the season at a guesstimate ? Given that Ashley has been in a similar hostile position with Newcastle supporters and is still there.
