  1. I can tell you for certain you won't have any trouble with the Hamburg in terms of width. Have you considered a pair of Gazelle Indoor? Very stylish and very generous fitting in both length and width. Great colourways too.
  2. Not enough. Oh, and which shite alias would you be? Gaweth maybe? Sad act.
  3. Agreed. I have these and Borg Elite. Truthfully, they're awful. The Argentine colourway looks alright, but they are very uncomfortable. I'm getting rid of them and the Malmo colourway Hamburgs. The Hamburgs are cracking trainers (and still new with tags) but I've just seen an iced gem in skinny jeans wearing a pair of them. So that fucks that, then.
  4. I'm cheating on the /// Borg Original. Quite nice IMO
  5. Bit of advice if you're all getting those Dragon: try them on first. The are incredibly narrow across the bridge of your foot.
  6. Scott's menswear, part of the JD Sports empire.
  7. New arrival - London Church's Incredible quality.
  8. New arrival - London Church's Incredible quality.
  9. Although it's the /// I totally agree. "Adidas Yewtree"
  10. These Star Wars trainers go for unbelievable £££ if they're still in the packaging. Which, by the way, is the same style as the figurines - a card backing and clear plastic attached with the trainers inside. It appears they wanted to go for the 'still living with my parents at 30' market.
  11. Well, quite. Well, yeah. Absolutely no Gazelle O.G., ever. No recent city series re-issues, Bern, Hamburg etc. Other than that, just follow your own preferences. I know nobody likes those Torsion Integral, for me that's part of the attraction. That and you'll never see anyone else with them on. They're Consortium as well, which means better quality materials and construction. If you really want to stand out get a pair of something o.g. (that's the original issue - for example the original Hamburg were released in 1982). Trouble is that takes contacts and £££. I have a lovely pair of Berlin made in West Germany in 1980. Still wearable and still looking the part. The other option is the likes of the London Church's I put a pic of earlier this thread. That's called 'collaboration' and happens often. it's when another shoe company, fashion house or artist are approached to design an adidas shoe in their own style. Easier to find than o.g., much cheaper (mostly) and guaranteed not to be worn by any fake-tanned Geordie Shore wannabe oxygen thieves. I have a few collaborations. I particularly like the 84-Lab collabs. They have cut the outline of each foot into them and they can serve as replacement insoles if the Sneaker Freaker ones are not to your taste.
  12. First time I met mine, she looked me up and down, turned to the (now) wife and said: "You're not going out with him, he's too fat." She's a size 22.
  13. No apologies necessary, taste is always subjective. I've just seen a little spunk trumpet with an iced gem haircut, skinny jeans and a fucking CrossHatch jacket wearing a pair of Malmo colourway Hamburgs. Point is, I'm now selling mine.
  14. Valentine Present from the wife arrived this morning. Torsion Integral Sneaker Freaker Consortium. Oooft!
  15. All I know is, given a few months, SwetePete will have a face like mine. *puts kettle on, waits and cackles menacingly*
  16. Your level of denial is amusing. He spoke the words on the news. Himself. And it's clearly working, because people are defending him, claiming "there's nothing wrong with talking up Scottish Football!"
  17. It's remarkable how many folk actually agree with Delia-lusional. However, he's right and the rest of the worldwide television audience are clearly wrong - the English premiership is boring to watch and Celtic are fascinating.
