  1. Just like to point out that recesses, in the main, are certainly not holidays. For most staff, particularly constituency based ones, they can actually be busier times of year. Not really an important point in the grand scheme of things but there you go.
  2. Surely with the big bad Tories gone and the rainbow alliance in power that in itself would potentialy weaken the strength of a YES vote. I always think despite their protestations that the Nats love a boo hiss Tory Govt as it adds to the grist of the grievance mill. That said I doubt Nicola has any intention of calling one soon when you get past the meek sabre rattling and open ended platitudes for the hardcore types. The only problem I have with this is that the Scots Tories are more popular than SLab at present. Both in seats and in polling.
  3. I don’t think so. Basically we’re still in the realms of, they’re making it up as they go along. So there’s nothing set in stone I don’t think.
  4. The debate shouldn't be when she will call it, it should be how we go about actually having one when she does.
  5. Why are people not so fond of Greer? I don't know that much about him but have seen a lot of "Greer's a p***k but he done well there" sort of thing.
  6. For anyone interested take a quick look at Morgans twitter feed- full of retweets/tweets on his interview from the darkest depths of twitter britnattery. You'd be forgiven for thinking the rinsing he got has bothered him so.
  7. Yeh mate I’m afraid you’re an idiot. Best for you to stop digging now.
  8. How much was the offer for Cadden? Not doubting you but I wouldn’t have thought Aberdeen had that kind of dough.
  9. Absolutely this. The amount of absolute simpletons who have taken to social media already to decry this as a stitch up is depressing. I had members from my local branch into my office earlier, people whom I respect, saying the same. Presumably they must think that the SNP has been infiltrated by female Westminster moles just to discredit a former first Minister, amazing.
  10. You don't have the first clue about how many women have came forward. You're talking absolute shite about something you have no fucking idea about. I appreciate you pass the time by trolling on here but probably best to leave off on the topic of varying degrees of sexual assault on multiple women eh.
  11. Nah I don't know the exact details of the accusations. As you say all that can be done is to wait and see, no doubt there will be some serious heads gone from both sides in the meantime.
  12. This isn't anything revolutionary in what i'm saying here mate. Salmond has being accused of things, he's been arrested over those accusations and will go to court to decide whether or not he is guilty.
  13. You're joking right? Am i being whooshed here? He's been arrested because there was multiple accusations made against him that the Police feel have substantial evidence to charge him with.
  14. What are you trying to suggest? That the Police have arrested Salmond now because there's a Parliamentary inquiry into the civil service and Nic Sturgeon? You must be trolling, you're not that stupid surely.
  15. Two separate investigations. He's been charged by the police for the criminal investigation.
  16. You think it's just a coincidence that it's the same time as an attempted coup in Venezuela? I've seen some twitter comments already that say and I quote, "this absolutely reeks of Westminster". I mean how did people become this stupid?
  17. If the SNP has to wait on yet another mandate from a general election(under normal election timeframes) or for consistent polling evidence in support of indy, then there won’t be a section 30 granted for quite while I’m afraid. It’s a tough situation for the SNP, people who are desperate for indy ( and I include myself in that) don’t seem to have a feasible plan to bring a ref about other than the #UseTheMandate #DissovleTheUnion A general election pronto would be a complete gift to the Yessers imo.
  18. My point more was “now is not the time” didn’t have any effect on polling for Indy at that time. Brexit May have changed that, guess we’ll have to wait and see. The question does remain however, what does the SNP do if/when a section 30 is rejected?
