  1. That's the most deluded thing I've heard in quite some time.
  2. So Corbyn has come out since the referendum and said that actually he does want to leave then? What are you talking about. You seem to like Corbyn because you believe he has the interests of the vulnerable at heart. Hate to break it to you chum, Brexit ain’t gonna be too kind to them.
  3. The Tories are more popular than Labour in Scotland at the moment fyi. ETA: meant to quote trolldave's post.
  4. Think Corbyn is quite interested in bringing down the Govt to be fair although the Nats love a Tory baddie at No10 so I can see how some might be disappointed if that occured despite kidding on otherwise. Must try harder.
  5. You want an end to Universal Credit? Then bring down the Gov or vote for an independent Scotland. Corbyn isn't interested in either.
  6. All the while not having the courage to come out and be truthful with people about his true beliefs. A real man of principle, bollocks.
  7. Whether or not he believes in Brexit (I'm sure he does) the political capital and building of pressure on the Government is on that subject. No-one is talking about anything else at the moment. He doesn't have to bring into the topic the rights and wrongs of Brexit but more the Gov's shambolic handling of it; they are close to collapse after all. In short, the guy is absolutely useless as opposition at a time when the well-being of the United Kingdom really depends on it. He's a disgrace.
  8. Universal Credit is a big issue and one through my employment i am very keen to see fixed. But i mean come on to f**k- the man is an absolute disaster.
  9. I've just tuned into PMQ's. Would I be correct in saying Corbyn isn't questioning May on Brexit/legal advice? wtf
  10. Not quite. Leadsom said they would make a statement today, not quite the same thing but you never know.
  11. I noticed gaps on the bench’s where the Scots Tories sit from the very start of debate. I’m not convinced they have turned upto the debate at all. Perhaps someone with eagle eyes will correct me.
  12. Excellent speech from Blackford so far. Nobody in the chamber to listen to him though.
  13. I would never wish a Motherwell team to lose but I must admit my enthusiasm to go along to game atm is at an all time low and I find myself wishing on a weekly basis that Robinson is removed. It’s not really the results that bother me. The entertainment value is at an all time low at a time when the majority of the league is on a bit of an upward curve. I find I can’t watch the managers interviews anymore as I cringe at his management speak and worn out platitudes. I actually don’t think we’ll get humped against Celtic but I fear the odd good result/performance is simply kicking the can down the road. I don’t think Robinson has the ability to change our style of play that would at least allow us to enjoy a decent game of football as were getting pumped off half the league.
  14. I’m not sure how many times we’ve “got back to basics” under Robinson. If we get any more basic I’m expecting Kim Kardashian in goals against Celtic.
  15. Not sure why I tuned in tonight, morbid curiosity I suppose. ‘kin hell, the level of debate has really plunged from thick little Englanders to Neanderthal toddlers level of political understanding. Thick as mince, the lot of them.
  16. You’re going to love next weeks episode.
  17. I would suggest January is the plan at the moment but things can change. Doesn’t mean a Section 30 is accepted though.
  18. Noticed a few posts previously about extending article 50 and it got me thinking. The trouble is there’s European elections coming up so i can’t see them agreeing to that. That puts into question whether or not you could have a Peoples Vote or General Election and get the whole thing sorted before March. I would think not tbh. That leaves us with a a situation of either the deal that’s on the table, which doesn’t look like it will get through Parliament, or no deal at all. It’s a fool who predicts anything in politics at the moment, but f**k it, I’m sticking a fiver on no deal.
  19. Successive Brexit sec’s have had very little to do with Brexit negotiations. Its the 3rd choice goalkeeper position in the Cabinet.
