Tropeiro, that's him. I had a stinking hangover which probably didn't do it any favours but I thought the meat they give you was a bit cheapish. As you say, don't fill up on the carbs (or the link sausage the wee gaucho offers at first). I got the feeling that they kinda leave you waiting for a while tho to get you to do exactly that.

We were at the one on Argyle Street a few months ago for the first time, and I was pretty unimpressed. I can only echo what everyone else says about Ketchup. Top quality burgers, reasonable price, excellent service. Their chips are as good as I've tasted in this country too.

That's a shame you didn't enjoy it more. One of my favourite films of all time. I don't think the black and white detracts any from the film, and the cinematography overall is brilliant imo. I thought it was really well acted, by Vinz in particular, and his ending was really unsettling.

Paradise Lost Documentary about the trial and ridiculous conviction of 3 teenagers of the murder of 3 young children in Memphis in 1993. These guys were convicted basically for wearing black Metallica T-shirts, and having a passing interest in Wicca. It's incredible to watch some of the courtroom scenes knowing that they were ultimately convicted of this. Some very gruesome scenes at the start including crime scene video, but the most distressing thing for me about this was the injustice served. Can't recommend this highly enough.

I watched Antichrist last night, the Lars Von Trier film. I'm all for films that are a bit challenging to watch, but fucking hell. I spent the best part of two hours shaking my head. Has anyone seen this and actually taken anything positive from it?

It was as if someone else took over script writing duties half way thru. As soon as the ghostbusters turned up the whole thing went to shit. It really was a shame because it was genuinely creepy for the first 45 minutes or so.

I enjoyed it. It has it's silly bits in it, but it's a good wee story if nothing else. It's probably worth watching for Connie Nielson's character alone
