Switch to a back 4 please, Harper doesn’t have the attacking ability to play as a wing back IMO. Means we can play Longstaff and Shaw in their actual positions rather than whatever the f**k they’re being told to do right now. Are we allergic to having a shot from outside the box? All good and well when there’s space to make the pretty passes in behind but I’ve not seen us have a go from 18-25 yards since Dunc came in.

We were 2nd best all over the park really. Shaw and Longstaff is a massive case of square pegs in round holes. Reminiscent of Yogi playing wingers in centre mid. Only thing I can think Dunc would be raging about is the free kick the 2nd goal came from. Happened right in front of the Caley fans and had no idea what the foul was. We had a pretty bad injury crisis last season but don’t think we can blame it on anything other than signing a squad full of folk who have a history of injury problems though. Think our squad size has remained relatively similar since pre-covid but would need to check the numbers. I have noticed a few of the English Premiership teams seem to have injury crisis’ at the moment so not sure if there’s recurring theme throughout football.
