  1. Yes, lash out at me, and not the guy who's sticking a never ending amount of plasters over a withering corpse. Shinnie apparently away to Sunderland in the Summer. You have any faith in McInnes replacing him?
  2. Craigan leaving and taking his push for Colt sides in the league system is a huge boost for Scottish football, hopefully he finds a job managing in the lower tiers and re-evaluates his opinion on the whole thing.
  3. At least we can take comfort in the fact they are having an absolute c**t of a season #karma It's superb stuff, before they lost Ross they were "warning" the top flight to be afraid of them.
  4. I sort of agree. Ability wise, he's easily worth the money. At Dortmund he looked streets ahead of his team mates. Off the pitch, if all the rumours about him are true, he's going to throw it all away, so will be a waste of money.
  5. I doubt they'd have agreed anything that meant they'd have to refuse a cash offer six months before the player leaves for nothing. I've no real inside knowledge about how these things work though.
  6. Tbf, if Birmingham decide to sell him, there's nothing Kilmarnock can do about it.
  7. Someone probably should, tbf, his reliance on loans is a bit of an issue long term.
  8. You'd think, with Lowe being a loan and all, that McInnes would've already identified at least a few pkayers who he wanted to replace him. If he hasn't, it stinks of poor squad management.
  9. I think he'd get lost under Robinson, tbh. He's one of the weakest players I've seen, and isn't quick or particularly skilful either. If Bigiramana gets constantly shunned for not being physical enough, Scougall would be even worse. He's not a wide player.
  10. I think this is harsh. Really, it looks like Scougall needs a team built around his weaknesses, and he's never come close to doing enough with us to justify that. Kennedy's impact, in multiple positions, probably makes Scougall look even worse. I imagine looking back there's probably a couple of "sliding doors" moments when he was given game time while we were playing poorly, but just couldn't provide the spark he was signed to give. Just how it goes sometimes. Imagine the teams around the bottom four, and some higher end Championship sides, will be after him, I can't see them matching wage though. A loan deal where they cover part, and them he tries to play his way into a better deal for next season somewhere, seems then most likely route. If he does well elsewhere then he does well elsewhere, it's a bit annoying he hasn't played much this season, but it's hard to argue with Tommy Wrights judgements.
  11. I tried it early on, but the benefits are hard to see so it felt like a waste of time to me. Have left it to the assistant since. Will get involved with Match Prep every so often if we're leaking goals from set pieces or struggling to score, but that's it.
  12. Disappointed how it's turned out for Scougall, but can't argue with letting him go. Best move for all involved.
  13. Ok. Preliminary round: €220,000 First qualifying round: €240,000 Second qualifying round: €260,000 Third qualifying round: €280,000 You do the matches and get back to me about how much prize money Rangers have earned.
  14. For the 2018–19 season, group stage participation in the Europa League awarded a base fee of €2.920,000. A victory in the group pays €570,000 and a draw €190,000.
  15. Mark Warburtons final season, after 18 games? 10 wins and 35pts.. They're definitely better under Gerrard though.
  16. Quite. After 18 games last season they'd won 11 games and sat on 36pts. After 18 games this season they've won 10 and sit on 35pts.
  17. Hibs were given the chance to postpone the game due to the call ups, but refused.
  18. Definitely give the free demo a go before trying it, I'd say. Easiest way to make your mind up before spending any money.
  19. Aye he was out for 16 months before this season, although he's claimed 8 months of that was due to a misdiagnosis of his injury, and it was plain sailing once they figured it out. Only 26 and seemingly on peanuts at Thistle on a "prove your fitness" deal.
  20. Yeah, but you should be able to offer people the job regardless. Sometimes your board blocks it, sometimes they give you an option to terminate the current ones contract.
  21. No it should give you the option of offering it, strange one.
  22. There should be yeah, think it's February/March depending on what Country you're in. Depends what level you're at, trials are handy to have a quick look at them. Youll have to sign them to a new contract as a Chief Scout im sure
  23. If someone came to Saints, stuck by a style that didn't work, and got us relegated rather than change his own opinion, I'd be calling them a twat, regardless of their past. Strange to see folk still fanboy over McCann.
  24. I see Stuart Bannigans contract with Partick expires in January. His injury record is horrendous but he's played regularly this season no issue. Letting go of Nydam an replacing him with Bannigan might not be a daft idea, as we're very, very short in there if Davidson gets injured/Craig gets suspended.
