  1. Apologies for going off topic but I just read Souleymane Coulibaly has been fined 1.4m dollars and is banned from signing for any club until the fines paid. Suspect that's his career truly fucked.
  2. Heard it's May to us. You're signing Stewart permanently and Moult on loan with an option to buy.
  3. 11 in 39 according to Soccer base, only 13 starts though.
  4. He's absolutely class, tbf. From what I've seen he looks a better, more complete, striker than Dembele, but I seem to be in the minority who think he's hugely overhyped.
  5. You can't answer it. Because your claim is a lie. Honestly, who cares. The ones I'm thinking of are Brian Graham and how there were numerous talks about May extending his deal before the transfer aswell. No doubt we'll have another three pages worth of back and forth over nothing until neither of us prove anything, though.
  6. So you can't answer my question then? You are a complete w****r really. I could answer your question, Im just choosing not too because it seems to annoy you for some reason.
  7. Just call me the pied piper, if I play a certain tune, everyone comes out the woodwork..
  8. We have two runs of five consecutive games against Aberdeen, Celtic, Hearts, Motherwell and Rangers. Also been told Aberdeen are loaning us May, by someone who knows Steve Brown..
  9. Stokes He was absolutely adored at Hibs, and he was still thick enough to get himself sacked from there, moving him closer to Glasgow just seems idiotic. He's an "avoid at all costs" player these days.
  10. Are you honestly that desperate to disagree with me? He was only offered a deal after Hibs had approached him, and he'd set his heart on leaving. For the fourth time, If we'd offered it before Hibs had approached him, he'd have stayed.
  11. Yes, that's after he's talked about wanting to re-sign but not having any talks, and then saying as soon as Hibs came in he wanted to go. The offer should've been given to him earlier.
  12. *insert witty joke about "yer maw" saying the same thing last night*
  13. Yes. Here's a few direct quotes from Swanson.. As I say. It's been reported by Robert Thomson that Swanson and TW had held talks, months before Hibs interest, about him extending his deal, but no contract was ever offered. Hibs made a move, we made a move, he moved to Hibs. If we'd been proactive and offered him a deal in September/October, he'd have extended his contract without any fuss. It's something that's happened under TW at least two or three times, maybe more that are unreported.
  14. My point is that a few months before Christmas he'd intimated he'd extend his deal with us too the manager, yet nothing was done until it was too late.
  15. I'd like him to stop greeting about not getting the signings he wants after he takes a month of the year off, tbh. Steve Browns get portrayed by plenty on here as some villain who single handedly prevents him signing top targets, but they're as liable as each other. Robert Thomsons confirmed Swanson told TW he wanted to extend his contract months before Hibs made an approach, yet we still didn't approach his agent until after he'd signed for Hibs.
  16. Aye, but generally the "shite players" are the players you're still identifying and making moves for in June/July.
  17. Maybe. I still don't think a football manager these days can take a month off in the Summer at our level and expect everything to be fine
  18. And? That shouldn't automatically make them act differently. As I say, if he wants to go away for a month, during the summer break, he can. He can't however, start blaming everyone else if something fails to materialise when he's not here, especially when he knows what Steve Browns like with transfers.
  19. Wright's more than welcome to a holiday, that's his perogative. If he has a month off then comes back and mewls that all his targets have moved on, he's unlikely to get any sympathy from me this year. I don't imagine managers at the very top take very many breaks. In response to the inevitable reply, I know TW doesn't have to be there when we're signing players, but it surely can play a part if the player and manager manage to hit it off.
  20. This should've been the official away top last season, IMO.
  21. Don't expect much sense. Most Rangers fans are living under the assumption that them spending millions proves they aren't in financial trouble, because they must have the money to be able to spend it. It's like they've learned nothing.
