Pretty close to how I’d line up with the current squad. There are a couple of players I’d rotate due to age, form and opposition, but the first name before the / would be my first choice and the majority of the team would remain fixed. Nicky Locke is the biggest problem for me as such a good player in various positions. 1 Musa/Torres 2 McCormack 3 new LB/Jacobs/McCauley 4 Locke/new CB 5 Todd 6 Gemmell/Jacobs 8 Locke/Hughes 7 Jones 11 Stevenson 10 Walker/Hamilton 9 Watt/Miller For that very reason is why Devon Jacobs would’ve been my left back as he’s the best defensively.

I’d stick to the 4-3-3 that BU usually play. I’d like a first choice left back and another centre back. I’d also have to see Torres in goal before I could pick between him and Musa.

Who would you take out to put Locke “elsewhere” though? While I agree with you, Locke was absolutely outstanding playing centre back and strolled games prior to injury. The whole team were playing far better with him there too. When fit he’s easily our best midfielder and defender but I think with the current squad it’s defence we desperately need him back and fit.

I feel for Ryan. He’s split opinions during his time at BU but started pre-season and the first few games playing wide left, finally seemed to have nailed down a position and was playing well with Jones on the opposite wing. Then Max came back and started making (imo) unnecessary changes. Speaking of, where was Jones today?

Going by their social media posts it seems there’s a real possibility that the setlist could pretty much be anything. They were in Inverness last night so be interesting to see what the setlist for that show was. That’s a pretty solid setlist from Glasgow though so would be happy even if they went with that in Edinburgh too. Re the lighting cues - they’ll probably be pre-programmed by song, so their staff probably just need the setlist before the show. ETA: Looks like Inverness was another mashup of songs with a few more covers in the set.

Aye the singles released ahead of the album are probably the best songs on it but I’d add Bloodshot to that. Good tune.
