Won't pretend to be in anyway an expert but sometimes the 'kirk' bit is an anglicised version of the Welsh/ ancient British term rather than church. Eg Kirkintilloch is actually from the Welsh for "fort on end of the hill" rather than church on the hill as youd expect. Anyway. Again, I'm very similar. Some mornings I can barely walk first thing but I'll crunch ibuprofen and it'll ease up as day goes on. My physio described it like toothache of the leg and I thought that was pretty accurate.

Had similar issues. I did get some decent Non steroidal anti imflammatories but they eased the pain rather than cure. I just find I have to put up with it for 6 months or so and it eases.

Gone to same girl for over a decade. Even did the very girly thing of following her when she left old shop to set up her own place with her partner. £20 as it's Glasgow city centre but you get a decent haircut rather than the same short back and sides in 5 mins that cheaper barbers do. It likely fits in with why they bizzarrely thought they deserved credit because they kept going to games in the third division, as if that was some sort of justification for abandoning your team.
