Seemed inevitable he would end up at Lochee United - will be far and away the best player in that league, and when you see the amount of goals your Josh Skellys have been scoring he could end up with some silly numbers.

Have reservations as to whether he's fit enough to make an impact at this level - but it's a better signing than Dale Reid would be, IMO. Saw his name getting mentioned here before.

Re Mason Hancock...he was pretty awful?Didn't seem to be particularly strong offensively or defensively in his appearances.

Was at Panmure Vs North End tonight, missed the cup final pumping a few weeks ago and was expecting better from North End going off that result. They started brightly but the goals really knocked the stuffing out them. Will probably pop through to the final on Saturday.

PS Paterson was 21 on joining Arbroath & Shanks was 20 so hardly surprising they never played “at any level”
The highland league is absolute muck bar a few teams, Arbroath High School FPs would probably finish mid table

And just to remind you, it was you who thought Daniel Fosu was a good player and wanted "Kareem Isiaka" to get a run of games.

Tbh I don't think his finishing or composure was the issue, I can't think of many golden chances he has missed. It just seemed that he played all his football a million miles away from the goal and when in possession never had the quality or turn of pace to make an opportunity for himself to shoot.

Still think we should have kept him but at least it gives us a bit more £ to spend.
You'd like to think that knowing Peterhead were bidding for Hester means we would've gotten a decent fee out of them.

Neither are good enough so I'm not sure what point you are trying to prove, Paterson currently plays for a team in the 8th division of Scottish football. As mentioned before in this thread Paterson's reasons for not being involved were not exclusively football related.

He wouldn't have gone to another senior club for a few different reasons. Plus I'm sure lochee will have put together a very, very nice package for him.
