  1. Ask the Blantyre chairman if saving the money from fines paid for yellow and red cards would make a difference to his club? the WOS won’t have fines for clubs, probably saving about £1000 a year. access to Football Partnership funding Oh! And the players will still talk to you
  2. There was 9 west prem clubs at the first instance, believe the Glengarnock statement was saying they would express an interest, although not sure, that would take it to 10
  3. Who was hanging on who’s coat tails in the 90s? teams have there moments.
  4. Watched Kelty on Saturday, we’ve beat them every time we’ve played them, put them out the Scottish in their last season as a Junior club and didn’t see anything on Saturday that wouldn’t be the same as playing Beith, Pollok or Rossvale Talbot did win 6-1 but the other game was 0-0
  5. Buffs committee went to Spartans yesterday, only difference we saw from our ground was Match Stewards, 2 of them and a turnstile, some junior clubs have these some don’t other than that it was the same as the Benburb match last week
  6. Parks is a bitter moron tbf. So playing in the WOSL will be traveling more than playing in the West Premier, and no amateur teams have joined the pyramid, guys a clown, maybe the pyramid will save amateur football
  7. It’s a classic case of boxing themselves into a corner believing everyone would be behind them. once the cracks appear in the support and they find out they are still in the corner the only way out is to plead. Going to the EoS/LL to negotiate after they’ve laid out a plan is a waste of time and the only benefit is a bit of PR, “big boys did it and ran away with our clubs” this has been on the wall for months, some clubs could see it coming, most hoped they were being represented but no news wasn’t good news, especially when your new potential partners (EoS/LL) didn’t have a clue what was going on. The Negotiators for the SJFA haven’t done what was asked of them, they’ve failed in their promise and not delivered the mandate in any form. While I’m pleased clubs will be entering the pyramid it’s still a sad time for what looks like the ending days for the SJFA. unfortunately it looks like the Buffs, Clydebank, Darvel etc will carry the burden of the breakup, we only carried out what we voted for and had been working towards for the past 2 years
  8. Hahaha Been “Junior’d” again, love it. wonder who’s back we went against, called the League Secretary before posting any statements. Never said it was an official email
  9. I posted a while that I’d bought the domain, used the email to see if there was enough interest after the TJ “West aren’t interested” statement, the data was then passed to the LL and it’s went towards making this decision
  10. West Prem 7 West Champ 4 West 1st 1 West 2nd 0 SOS 1 East Jun 1 Amateur 2
  11. I offered to set it up so all the messages where in one place for the LL
  12. Once the next stage of the plan has been made clear the teams that have emailed in will be invited to a meeting to have a chat about moving it forward
  13. "rather than causing a mess, keep it simple and do what everyone expects" This smells like Junior thinking hahaha
  14. I also disagree, in one hand they celebrate the West clubs for opening up their options but bring down clubs in the East for doing the very same thing, this needs future proofed, there will be a LL2 at some point, maybe even a LL3, East/West won't matter at tier 6/7 if this happens
  15. The whole jumping a tier, does it really matter? or is it teams that made the jump first trying to hold something over the late movers? Supposed to be a new start, ,maybe start with new thinking rather than implementing old rules written decades ago.
  16. Personally I think any club should be able to apply to play in any league, as long as the rest of the teams in that league don't have an issue, why is it a problem? The EOS where happy to accept Clydebanks application Kilwinning to Cumbernauld 54mins Kilwinning to Flauldhouse FC 1h 11mins Kilwinning to Kello 1h 1min
