  1. As usual with these things it's difficult to tell which allegations are correct or not, but one fundamental point remains; that if we were really seeing a "new dawn" for Rangers, then the club should be moving forward in the spirit of openness and truthfulness with its fans, e.g.: - How long will the current funds last? What is being done to address funding problems? - Are extensive repairs actually needed at Ibrox? If so, what are the projected costs, and are there safety concerns if these are not addressed? - Can they afford not to go up to the SPL this season? Of course, we all know the club won't be honest with the fans, but now that they have "proper Rangers men" at the helm, there is no reason whatsoever that the usual apologists on here and elsewhere can give to excuse continued lack of transparency. The fans are continuing to pay in. Taking their money without appraising them fully of the situation is only going to disenfranchise ra peepul all over again.
  2. Knowing that face would annoy me too, to be fair.
  3. Worth having a look at the new Star Wars comics for fans. They're back on Marvel now (I guess Disney flexing the muscles), and Keiron Gillen is doing the Darth Vader series. His stuff is always excellent. They're to be found legally and, cough, in the usual other places too. Clip:
  4. You seem upset. Challenged, even.
  5. It's been mentioned already, but the fans are by far my favourite part of the whole fiasco. STILL they keep biting, because deep down they still can't quite fathom, can't quite comprehend how this has happened. The sense of entitlement simply doesn't allow for the universe to be operating as normal and this to have happened to their club. The two cannot concurrently exist. Somehow the likes of Gordon Smith and Co. were not able to collude well enough to make this go away. Somehow Mike McCurry wasn't on hand to award a dodgy penalty in the nick of time. Somehow "Airdrie fan" Jim Traynor's hilariously bombastic articles didn't result in the world giving them a free pass. It simply makes to sense to them. A long way from this, for sure: A close second is selling the Arsenal shares. What a shameful way to behave. Fits for a "community club" that left local cleaners and newsagents out of pocket though. Wee question for you. Are you suggesting that if his team had won a few more things, say a trophy once every decade or so, then he wouldn't then have the time to spare to rip the pish out of you? That seems an odd perspective. That team you once supported, albeit a dead team, it won lots of shiny trophies, yet you have time to be on here making a fud of yourself. Weird that.
  6. I wonder if this one will be funny?
  7. Ah, sorry - my irony sensor is broken through lack of sleep! I realise nothing is 100% faithful, so there's little point in expecting that, it's just a bugbear of mine when pointless changes are made, that's all.
  8. While I'm sure "f**k the comics" is an argument bordering on genius in the Kingdom of Fife, you'll forgive me if I'm not wholly convinced that it discounts my earlier point. Also, those wrestling goons you mentioned are half-brothers. Considering my earlier reference to the Marvel characters having the same parents, I'm not sure why you wasted your time bringing them up.
  9. Are you high? He's white in the comics and the brother of Sue who is also white. They don't have different parents. So I repeat "there's still no rhyme or reason for the torch being black. I don't like messing". And I now add; you're a maniac.
  10. Anyone else watching Agent Carter? It's pretty dece so far (I've only seen the first 2, to be fair).
  11. True, but there's still no rhyme or reason for the torch being black. I don't like messing.
  12. Jeez-oh. I realise this is a bit mean to point out, but that page linked me to it... I think Belvedere vodka should be added to the Grey Goose wankers list...
  13. Just make it the rule that they have to wear uniform, and sorted. We all had to when I went to school, I don't see why today's scrotes shouldn't have to.
  14. Unashamed baby photo alert. Very pleasant day today - a lot of sleeping on my chest by the wee man. I strongly recommend a Tens machine to anyone that's going to be pregnant. Apparently it makes all the difference if you want minimum in the way of drugs.
  15. Fair enough Edinburgh is shite for clubs, but the places you've mentioned in Glasgow are the sorts of holes no-one but a fanny would go anyway. Rule of thumb - if it's playing music you might hear someone playing over their phone on a bus, or if you have to wear proper shoes, then it's not the sort of club you should go to. Untrue.
