  1. Would happily take Chris Johnston up with us.
  2. On the actual game itself, I don’t think we played that well in the first half, giving the ball away far too often. I was sitting at half time and said this isn’t happening for us today. Much better second half and Annans tactics backfired after we got the first goal, from then on I always thought we looked more likely to score again than Annan scoring although they did have a few chances from headers(shock). Absolutely delighted to get promoted, great atmosphere at the game and a crowd of 2725 brings a good bit of money in as well.
  3. Just seen it was Swinglehurst that gave away the penalty, get it right up that big hatchet man!
  4. Absolutely buzzing! Well done to Danny, Allan and all the coaching team and every single player for contributing to a brilliant season! Cant wait for next year!
  5. That’s what Annan get for their total shite tactics. WE ARE GOING UP!
  6. Not sure I agree that a lot would leave, I assume a few would go as every other season but can’t see a mass walkout.
  7. Last 4 home games we’ve scored 3, 3, 5 and 3 so we can score at home. Looking forward to it but it’s going to be a nervy 90 minutes. Crucial we get the first goal. Both teams have had good seasons and deservedly contesting the final. Just hope we can get over the line.
  8. Amazes me that anyone could think Max Wright is a league 2 player. Were we not supposedly in for Darren Smith last year or was that a lot of rubbish?
  9. Don’t think Annan were much better than us but we were well below par considering how we have been. Nicol is too slow now and pointless playing him Saturday. Grants passing was brutal as well. Hopefully Cuddihy is back for Saturday too. We HAVE to get the first goal on Saturday.
  10. Don’t know why we’d change the defence to bring Cogill back in, I like him but why change a defence which hasn’t been conceding goals. This will be a difficult tie, especially down at Annan. We’ve been playing well though and hopeful we can at least take a draw back to broadwood.
  11. Will the away turnstiles be open or will we have to walk round to the home end again?
  12. I was in the queue about 2:45/2:50 and there must’ve been a good 150 or more still to get in. Looking forward to the two games with Annan, expecting it to be close.
  13. Norrie Innes spoke about that in one of his posts on the website. Just a point on Kristofer Syvertsen, for the first while after we signed him I was quite unsure about him, however recently I think he’s starting to adapt to our game quite well and as well as scoring 3 himself latterly in the season, has been involved in a few more. Hope he continues to progress the way he has.
  14. We used to play that song at Broadwood every week about 20 year ago, nice try though.
  15. Well if there’s anyone that can throw money at a league and make an arse of it it’s BF.
  16. Scott Linton being released from east fife, would happily have him back.
  17. Cox has signed on with Cowdenbeath for next season. He was looking for a fight from the first whistle and it didn’t bother him whether it was his own player or ours. The guys an idiot.
  18. David cox online saying Clyde couldn’t pay him enough to play for us, if we go back to signing utter mediocrity like him we’d be as well chucking it. On the game, we simply weren’t anywhere near good enough. Don’t know why we insisted on putting long throws and playing long balls as the two centre halves won the majority of the balls. We didn’t deserve anything from the game. Cracking away support and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere in the pub and the ground.
  19. Strange that the Cowdenbeath fans cheered louder on hearing Peterhead are winning than their own goal.
  20. We’ve definitely scored a few goals that have started off with curries kick outs. I think he’s a decent keeper but has the odd game you just wonder what’s going on with him.
  21. Cheers, I have very little if any recollection of him.
  22. Shocking performance so he doesn’t even bother talking about it. Again, the players catch the blame for their performance, no blame on himself. For a manager to say he’s lost for words in berwicks position is a worrying thing to come out with.
