Fantastic. Thank you Gordon. Could you please let me know (either here or via message) what numbers/sizes are available in the black tops as I might be interested in a couple of those (and defintiely one), and I'll also take a jacket if you can let me know those sizes. Then I'll get some money sent asap.  Unfortunately, at my age and with the amount I drink, I'm probably best giving the white shorts a miss thanks! However, if there's any blue or black there. Cheers mate

Central Park oil painting print you might be interested as well mate you may have already seen on the clubs social media page. Hope all is well

Hope some fans who have drifted away last couple of seasons can be tempted back, starting today.

There will be next to no Strollers fans, so will be interesting to see what our support is today and if there is a wee boost. The players, staff and volunteers around the club deserve it, so I hope so.

Spot on and hope so too

  3. Loving the positive energy and enthusiasm around our club just now.

Looking forward to my first Cowdenbeath game on Saturday since the friendly vs Swift's as been on holiday.

Credit as always to all those working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this happen from Board members, players, coaches and all volunteers.

Exciting time's to be part of the club just now.

    Let's go

  4. Good work out for Cowden today against The Swifts.

    Still enjoyable watching us play.

Only criticism is we weren't clinical enough but at least we are creating.

Honestly great feeling watching us just now and a sense of positivity.

We need to keep that going into next season Happy Fans Happy Club Happy Team to then hopefully turn out to be Happy days.

Jacob Comerford who was our trialist 5 on Tuesday has signed for East Fife he also played against Stenny last Saturday.

East Fife must have liked what they saw against us.

Got to remember they don't have full time staff. Also they had to wait on the SPFL fixtures being released due to groundshares.

Fair enough. I see they are out now.

Probably not easy working through such complexities.

    Looking forward to next season

Wonder if game will go ahead Thunder and lightning right through from kick off. Take it no cover at Dalgety Bay?

Look's like it's a 1pm kickoff so might be okay

Now that the SPFL fixtures are out, does anyone know when the LL fixtures are coming out? Ta...

No Idea. Only the July one's.

It's quite disappointing the level of communication that comes from the Lowland League particularly the website.

You would think to engage and communicate with fans there at least would be some sort of timeframe to let fans know when to expect the fixtures to come out and to manage people's expectations and for clubs to plan accordingly i.e sponsorship/hospitality

  9. What can I say night and day watching us play.

We played very well. If you didn't know you wouldn't have known who was the SPFL side and who was the Lowland League side.

    Players played really well.

We didn't deserve to lose and especially right at the end in that way.

Felt keeper could have positioned himself better on the Two goals lost but that's if we were to be really critical but no blame game.

    Overall very very encouraging.

If you have been away from Cowdenbeath FC or have yet to sign back up for this season get aboard the Cowden Train as I think we will all enjoy our football this season.

Let's back the club all the way next season whilst recognising all the hard work that is going on to put a good team on the park and recognise all the hard work behind the scenes

If anyone on the trust committee was happy for me to private message them, so I can give them my email address to receive the information, my bank card is poised and loaded. 🤣

I am sure if you email office@cowdenbeathfc.com someone will point you in the right direction.

  11. Hopefully season ticket sales going well  Great refreshing time to be part of what will hopefully be an exciting new journey whether previous Supporters, current supporters or new ones.

For Supporters able to the Club lounge membership is really good value for season ticket holders an additional £150 free entry into any Cup competition, £25 bar credit half time pie, tea, coffee, Bovril/programme. Great during the winter too. If this could be busier than last year would create excellent fan/club engagement pre and post match.http://www.cowdenbeathfc.com/index.php?act=viewCommerce&docId=14

  12. Will never likely happen but how about real progressive change in Scottish Football. 48 SPFL clubs. 24 Premiership and 24 Championship.

4 up and 4 down from Premiership all the way through the Scottish Pyramid system. (2 progress into championship from Highland and 2 from Lowland League, alternatively an end of season tournament/Knockout between top 4 from Highland and Lowland League for the 4 SPFL league places)

Now that would be real change and wouldn't all the leagues be more exciting with potential more interest? Plus clubs wouldn't have as much fear factor of relegation as there would be more opportunity to progress back up through a more fluid pyramid. Plus Lowland League/other leagues may get more publicity/sponsorship for the league being more interesting.

I think fans should be able to be part of some working party to support and work together with Scottish football with such proposals to consider. Big bold and brave ideas are needed in my opinion to freshen things up and of course would support player and club development

  13. Welcome to the Lowland League Linlithgow. What are your average home and away attendances like?

Hope to welcome many Linlithgow fan's to central park next season where usually away fans are welcome to have a refreshment at the clubs bar.

  14. Another really good podcast. Enjoyed listening to that.

Callum comes across well he certainly knows what he wants/has a vision.

Positive vibes for next season and as came across on the podcast vital everyone do everything they can to support the club.

Serious question, do you lads see yourselves getting back into League Two?

That's the aim. Not going to be easy but always and must be our objective.

I want us to get out the mindset of there is other clubs better than us in the league or have more money to a mindset of every game our players fight tooth and nail to win our games regardless of the opposition in the league.

We are a historic club mainly in the SPFL with hopefully a bright future to make more history in the not too distant future in the SPFL.

To achieve this though we need full backing from all of the Cowdenbeath support and/or those who have deep affection for the club and to move on from previous horrific and disappointing seasons.

Did folks see Cowdenbeath complete in the Championship for 3 seasons, beat Dunfermline at East End Park, say Cowdenbeath would play Rangers Fc not B team in the league and draw nil nil at home with them............. probably not so no reason why we can't achieve our objective to returning to the SPFL in the not too distant future.

I must say all this activity is very encouraging. It’s a long time since I have felt so positive before a season. Surely we can sell a few more season tickets on the back of this. Come on folks let’s back the people working so hard for our community team. Well done to everyone involved with making us better.

    Ditto

Wouldn't say josh is a striker more an attacking midfielder/10 but can play off a side too. Great to get him on board. Wonder if we are done for today 👀👀......

    You tease 😂

Be good if new tops are available next month. The earlier the new tops go on sale the better. We have been really slow to release new tops some years and I am sure it affects sales.

Usually a good opportunity to promote at the gala too which makes a return this year.

An idea too might be to have an open day at Central Park if early July more than happy to volunteer/help such an event
