  1. Would imagine so once the confirmation of a new managerial team is place. watch this it could be hearts and Elgin away, peterhead and pars at home known our luck re: regarding fixtures but we won't know until next week I suppose.
  2. No idea on all three got told Wallace will be back for training though.
  3. Probably T-0 I know he was in the line up at station park during his era, look like there was something in him to be a player.
  4. When Kyle was at the club there was a player in him but going out to KSH was beneficial three years there to him improving his game and as a striker he hit close to 30 mark last season...Im sure in the Willie Aitchison days he played as a winger vs Forfar and it's another player worth having within the squad, him and Mutch will get better as forward players I'm sure.
  5. I already sense Forfar's pre-season feelings Would he not have taken the raith job if this was the case?
  6. Better than drawing them in the Scottish cup in the winter I suppose.. wee trip up the A9 wouldn't go a miss. #DontBookYerHolidaysYet
  7. Was John Potter not linked before we hired Barry another youth coach based at Dunfermline another name to throw into the mix.
  8. No Steven Pressley? I would take Darren young for been at this level as our best hope, we'll just have to find out the BOD decision the last two managers have been successful in their own right and having grabbed the chance to move from p/t to f/t management.
  9. Not what I saw in 2008, I love it your still raging you even have to show a picture of him to your fellow supporters aw bless.
  10. Watch this they'll still think Willie gray was our chairman and this red book patter they use in Kirkcaldy
  11. He would be my choice of managers that Rovers failed to appoint with Billy stark in assistant likewise was at cliftonhill.
  12. I think most teams will wait to see who they get in the group stages of the betfred league cup before inviting teams for a pre season friendly; is the draw next Friday?
  13. I know I was just joining in with the ex-players list everyone has put together heard the local club up here punted him but he'll have offers elsewhere sadly. Though I see Paul Willis has joined though.
  14. Mark Ridgers has been released by thistle he is a former fifer loanee? Best keeper we had as a loan signing during the Robertson's era. player-assistant if Barry wants one isn't a bad shout maybe get a Kevin McNaughton (Dundee born?) in that's interested in coaching side once they retire from playing side but that's a great shout, the two pervious were short term I'm guessing Barry's looking for the perfect candidate really to progress.
  15. I think everyone would I feel a full season fit Duggan would be welcome for next season but I would also like too see young Mutch hang about for another season or two who I was impress with back in July, went on-loan to Glenrothes and spent the latter part making up the numbers on the bench I believe, I saw him on clutches at the poty so maybe injured anyways I feel his development would be good for this lad if he stayed. it's manager decision at the end of the day who goes and stays really in Barry I trust.
  16. Still to be decided from the list of not mention by club... Chris Duggan Tony Wallace Ben Reilly Ross Mutch Mark Lamont Ryan Goodfellow I'd imaging from Wikipedia I have noticed it has been updated lists Craig Gordon was our third choice keeper of last season even though we had two others during the latter part of the season as trialist, All to be decided but Great news Johnathan Page is signed up!
  17. Lamont as he hasn't had much 90mins to go on this season that's my opinion as for Reilly and Tony I have seen enough to suggest, I wouldn't blame Ben turning us down for first team football elsewhere. As for Mutch, did the kid no signed a longer deal under Naysmith or was I believing the tooth fairy before he was put out loan to Glenrothes I would have him around in the squad just because of development nothing else. but I'm hoping the other three sign!!
  18. Hurst was on loan from St Johnstone and our RB is signed up for 2019.
  19. I like to wish Scott the very best at livi and deserves to be in full time football but disappointing to see him leave if he was one of those three that were offered a new deal. As for Ryan Wallace looked good every time we played Albion he played in, hopefully we get brown, Page and Duggan signed up and maybe even goodfellow or duffie.
  20. Can we keep this season's and last season away top as alternative kit if needed for 17/18 I don't see why not if the white colour clash away at Somerset.
  21. 22 - Ross Mutch (Think he has a two year deal signed by Naysmith but someone will correct me if I am wrong though.
  22. with everyone's debate on our squad with the season just ended I would keep most of the squad i.e. Page - still top defender at this level, Robinson very experience at higher level did chip in with goals before been injured, Duggan - still can play at this level, Brown - still consist player at this level and are Duffie likewise Paterson would good at those set piece i.e. Corners and in-direct free kicks. Though I would only keep Good fellow on as back up as he shown glimpse through the season before been injured and now out of the team like the other causilties we had sitting in the main stand towards the end of the season hence the reason youngster Craig Gordon was hanging around as back-up as third choice. but next season I feel we'll need a left back as we don't have naysmith!!, two another centre backs, first choice keeper, couple of new addition in midfield and two or three strikers to partner Duggan if he stays around. But assessing the loans that we're here till end of the season I would take back Penrice, Curran and probably Kerr for another season but I think him and Penrice would more favourable moving on loan to a championship club to booster their development of breaking into their parent clubs as of Curran I can't see his future at Dundee nor Watt but our right back is sorted and if Duffie signs we would be covered at that position of the playing field. As for Insall you would of thought he would of seen out his contract what ever happened to him remains to be seen but he never really done much than in league two when he was on fire. with the likes of Lamont he did show signs at the start of the season he was going to be a great signing by naysmith he did but once the season got on he never actual lasted the full 90mins sadly it felt towards end of season a bit of waste of space in bringing him on as a option, I wouldn't be to bothered if he stayed or moved back to league two where he was admired at Stirling a bit like Furtado we all agree we admire in this division this season. As for Cooper he played at a higher level with County as a winger/full back but I still to work what system would he fit best the way we play though I like the lad and thought he would offer more towards this stage of the season as a late signing but sadly hasn't hit any heather on fire tbh. for Austin and Reilly both young players learning the first team for Austin he hasn't played at a higher level even in league two although his brother started finded the net and became a gem from amateur league won his move to Falkirk like his brother he came from the same patch found life a wee bit tough and at a time where we would win the league last season I feel there were games potential was there in him like against stenhousemuir at Xmas and Brechin away on tele he had a good game but other games has found it difficult to get to grips and for Ben he wanted away to be part of first team squad that he wasn't getting at accies but hasn't had much games and from the games like today we have seen enough to convince either stay or leave. I would keep Mutch though people have forgot he still part of the squad because he has lack much games than Austin had but he did show signs in July I can remember espically against Edinburgh city where he gave Mbu a torrid time he had talents and is still a young forward I think he has a two year deal signed by naysmith when he signed then was with Glenrothes for a bit before his injury I feel he could be useful to have a like a Livingston type of Matthew Knox within our squad and for him to get involved in pre season and more games i.e. With the squad or out on loan again. so at the moment.... new goalie (Goodfellow backup) kane (his natural position of Rb), new cb, Page (if he re-signs) and new left back!!! slattery, brown (if he re-signs), Robinson (if he re-signs) and Wilkie/Smith Duggan (likewise if he re-signs) and another striker. (Goodwillie would be excellent addition a player that can play in a higher league but people won't like his back ground history)
  23. No but I would let Jesus do that work all I'm saying is a bit of luck is needed again.
