    Yeah, was pretty hard under the snow but nowhere near what I thought it would be.

    I was at the stadium earlier and having seen the pitch I'd say it has a much better chance if going ahead now than it did 2 days ago. I am quietly optimistic.

    I'd class this weeks game in the 'not a chance' category. The pitch is like concrete just now. It will take more than a day at just above freezing to thaw it out. Astro pitches across the country were dropping like flies at the weekend and that's when you know its cold. I dont even think covers would've helped, Auchinleck apparently had covers down for their midweek game against clydebank and it still failed a late pitch inspection. I'd love it to be on but I just can't see it. Im meant to be making a day of it with my mates but looks like contingency plans have already been drawn up.

    It's not a great surface no probably on a par with the accies one, although St Pats play the majority of their games there. They also use the astro at OLSP which is where this will likely get played. There will be a massive crowd for this and OLSP probably doesn't have the capacity to accommodate the viewers inside the cage. There will be hundreds wanting to watch this.

    Yeah the rangers B game was off yesterday. The park is solid, unless we get a bit of a thaw I would severely doubt ita going to make it. Disappointing for me as iv got the hospitality package booked That being said. St Pats v Dumbarton Accies is this Saturday and I think it's going to be at OLSP, anyone going in the event of the sons being off might want to get along early........
