    Agree with this. There is nothing to suggest these guys we have signed are going to do anything to improve us (with the exception of the GK). We should probably be building a team around young Wilson but we won't, we will bench him, play maclean up front and fire balls at him from 50yds away. Carswell is the biggest issue for me, he's been around too long stinking the place out, for me is a major part of the problem and if he is sticking around then I hope Farrell straps him of the captaincy at least.

    Week 1 result: Pleslie999 beats paakman01 by resignation That was a tough game, i felt like I was on the attack for most of it and every time I got into a good position I was thwarted by some quality play by my opponent. Then I was struggling and couldn't see how to win until paakman01 blundered a mate which was unfortunate but reckon I'd have played a similar move in that position too. Good game, look forward to the return leg. Chuffed to bits aswell that the analysis claims one of my moves was "brilliant" have no idea why.

    Did our social media guy not get fucked off with the club and chuck it a while back? since then the updates on twitter (only social media I use) are sporadic at best.

    I dont have a problem with them promoting nights at the club if it brings in a few quid. As far as I understand its not putting the club out much as its organised by our hospitality contractor. Therefore its kind of a win win for us. Tbf we need all the help we can get in raising a few quid so if it's a comedy night, stripper show, 80s tribute night or anything else then so be it. The negativity around the board is correct and totally justified.
