The board need to make a call whether the stick or twist. Not talking about the manager but they need to decide whether they want to stay in the championship and, if they do, allow the manager to bring in some extra quality. Inverness changed manager and allowed Ferguson to bring in some quality which has paid off. Arbroath changed manager and got a good win today. Morton brought in a little bit of quality and winning games. I would imagine Queen’s Park might look to do the same. edited to add. It’s all well and good getting plaudits from teams saying we are a good “footballing” side but it means f**k all if we are not winning games.

I know I am very fortunate that I have worked like f**k and got a very good job and yes I should almost certainly be ok. I don’t mind paying extra tax in line with my job, however, I get frustrated because it’s so one dimensional froM the government. They won’t address any budget deficit thag much by increasing my tax. People want to moan about stuff but then when a solution is suggested they scoff. Case in point is the NHS being fucked. Now I get it’s been criminally underfunded by the Tory fucks, however, there is also a large element of it that is down to people being inherently unhealthy. However, we never address that.

It seems everyone but airdrie who seem to be your bogey team this season so far. I’m sure that will change as the season progresses but quite enjoyable, for now

At some point, tough decisions need to be made to try and help the people of Scotland become healthier. Raising under £100m by increasing tax on higher rate tax payers hardly touches the sides and just discourages additional ones to come to Scotland.

I have said this in the past but when will the SNP realise they can't just keep increasing tax rates on higher earners. They are so one dimensional. It wouldn't even raise that much additional money and it doesn't exactly encourage higher rate taxpayers to come to Scotland to work. At some point, they are going to have to offer up something else to reduce any deficit. Maybe focus on measures to force people to be healthier which would reduce the burden on the health service.

I watched Arbroath pre season and said they would be in trouble this season and looks like being proven correct. Suspect you will chuck some money at it in January. Still think we could get drawn into it if injuries hit us.

Feel like DC would probably better retiring. Bit of a dinosaur now and got away with it by virtue of being a good man manager. From the games I have seen Arbroath recently, their tactics are pretty agricultural and that’s fine if you are winning but, once you start losing, then fans easily lose patience. Great servant to the club and very entertaining for Scottish football.
