Seeing East Fife and Forfar's relative success in the League Cup has got me thinking. In the last 20/25 years (my conscious time supporting Cowden), in cup competitions have we ever defeated either: a top flight club or a club two divisions above us? It’s the same for both teams though. In the grand scheme of things stealing 10 yards on a throw in your own half is pretty irrelevant and not worth getting worked up about.

Anyone recommend any wireless headphones? I’m not too keen on headphones when working out but sometimes I fancy it. Do a lot of walking as well and the cable is doing my head in. Not looking to spend much as I they won’t get used too often.

Hope there is a very good uptake on the strip. There has clearly been a lot of work gone into securing this, bespoke designs at our level cant be easy, so I really hope people do purchase one to show support for what the club has done. I will definitely be getting one, haven't bought a strip in a while.
