  1. Good appointment. Plenty of experience. Could make the difference for Cumbernauld going for promotion this season [emoji106]
  2. That's one less angry man in the league now!!! Cumbernauld are on a good run, despite last week's result.
  3. John has sadly stopped playing this season due to work commitments. Great boy, excellent talent. Hope he comes back soon.
  4. There were a couple of good strikes but we allowed Troon too much time to pass it about then pick their spot.
  5. Had to take him off as he was struggling. Boy has been out for a while with an injury so didn't want to cause any further problems
  6. Okay, I never knew that..but consider a fresh approach then. Look at the experience in your squad. Tam Hanlon for one.
  7. True...but also had two assistants and, no offence, better players. You're a well run club so surely must be local ex-players and others with a new approach!
  8. If you want someone who likes to shout ans be aggressive....!! Paul Kelly fits the bill
  9. Think you'll find there's a lot of thin-skinned people about who get upset if you don't agree with them!!! Anyway, as I said in another post, which was deleted, we either all move together or not at all
  10. Good article but 'aspirational' for 20/21 seems a bit optimistic. Will Rob Roy continue to use Cumbernauld's park until their own is ready?
  11. And you [emoji106][emoji122][emoji122]
  12. I'm doing it again, 4th time, with friends and trying to raise money for MacMillan [emoji106]
  13. I wouldn't say we were pish, especially considering your keeper got Man of the Match..but you deserved your win so well done. No arguments from us. Try and remember you can be gracious in victory and defeat!!
  14. Early days yet and a couple missing last night between holidays and injures. Last season we had a poor League Cup section then started well in the league. Opposite this time but we'll improve. Agreed we need to stop leaking weak goals though. Onto Neilston on Saturday and we must redress the result there from last season. Keep the faith
  15. Great result and good to see Tucker back playing. But what's with the wee cushion under his top [emoji85]
  16. It's up to each player now to keep performing well and if they do, they'll keep their place and the others need to work harder to get back in. Good group of boys though, so confident we'll progress well
  17. Good win and performance last night and good to have Drew to come back in, as well as Richey, as gives us more options on the left...but it's our defensive side which is more crucial. Sort that out especially for our away form and we'll have a really good chance this season
  18. Never mind RobRoyguy....this 'Jason King' seems to have started a few recent threads on a whole variety of issues.....who is this mystery guy????
  19. Very sorry to hear that sad news. He always spoke to us in the dugout and never a bad word said. Condolences to his family.
  20. Like to see my old team getting promoted and back into the Championship along with Greenock, as Thomas Molloy is doing a great job there. Saw him at Arthurlie recently. Good guy
  21. Very impressive message, delivered with complete humility and giving recognition to a very wide range of people for their achievements and support. All the very best for next season and I'm sure you'll have an excellent career in management with that attitude.
  22. Looks like a fair list of players but the common theme mentioned is money. Why would a senior player..who's been voted as player of the year (allegedly) want to play for a junior team somewhere in Ayrshire!!! Answer: he's getting a shit load of money!!! Any player with any sense would stay senior if they could.
