Where does Brian Graham rank in our best signings of the last decade?

Has scored loads and bams up the opposition and their fans at a god-tier level.

    Cant be many better.

The stereotypical player you love in your side and would hate him against you. The whole of the championship will breathe a collective sigh of relief when he retires.

It's hard to argue who'd compete with him, Lawless and Tiffoney perhaps.

I don't know how she's evaded me so long but I've just discovered Natti Dredd on YouTube and fallen in love.

Edit : she's fucking in Dundee on Saturday.

Happy I Love You GIF by Warner Bros. Deutschland

Julie Fowlis singing this is tremendous as well, also she's quite lovely as well. Big fan of teuchter music.

Dunno if it's your thing or not, but Niteworks do a fair bit of work with Sian, Air Fàir an Là by them is quite similar vibes. Niteworks new album is really good actually.

An advantage of staying in the capital is that there are direct trains to nearly all the venue cities, most of them not much longer than getting to Hampden from Inverness, or some Highland League awaydays. Looks like there are plenty night trains too for late kick offs or where the hotels are all booked up for overnight stays, or extortionate. Fastest times below to main railway stations.

    Leipzig 1.15 direct
    Hamburg 1.45 direct
    Dortmund 3.30 direct
    Munich 4 direct
    Frankfurt 4 direct
    Gelsenkirchen 4 one change
    Düsseldorf 4.15 direct
    Cologne 4.45 one change
    Stuttgart 5.30 direct

Hadn't actually realised the likes of Munich and Frankfurt were only 4 hours. I'm a not a train nerd or anything but quite enjoy a train journey, couple that with an away day, brilliant.

Where did you find this out from? I think previously I'd seen it was over 5hrs to Munich.

I went to Greggs last week, and Scott had asked for a sausage roll. They didn't have any fresh in the display so I bought one of their 4-packs.

Came home, opened the pack and said to Scott that he could take one from here. he took the 4-pack and scoffed them all in less than 10 minutes.

    Heartburn just thinking about that.

Tesco at it again. It feels like every week they are putting prices up. Don’t get me wrong here, I understand that things are getting more expensive, but this lot have to be extracting urine. They hike up prices by about 20-25% at a time. But what really rips ma knitting is this Clubcard thing. I’m not believing for one minute that they are taking a loss on the Clubcard prices, then they give you points which is paramount to free cash to use in their shops.
Why not just lower the prices for everything and everyone can save a few quid, instead of this nonsense?
If they lowered their prices, they’d surely get more customers which = more £’s for them?

Not just Tesco, it's all of the big supermarkets. Yes there is cost of living / inflation issue, but it's a very competitive battle for market share and profits, essentially prices rising to ensure profits continue.

I remember Mr McIndoe as a player. Never could I have looked at him and thought he'd be this clichè ridden.

    What a walloper.

Edit : I can't stop watching it. He's trying to give off Sergeant Major intimidation vibes and squinting his eyes but only succeeds in looking like he's trying to not shit himself.

DO YOU HEAR ME, DAVE. DO YOU AGREE, DAVE. IM HONEST WITH YOU, DAVE. ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE, DAVE. YOU SEE, DAVE, THIS IS IT, DAVE.

My heads fell off. What an utter fucking whopper he is.

Reminding me of Gary Caldwell with some of that pish. That was awful.

Next door have a tampoline out back.

Had a shot & nearly fucking bounced out of the safety curtain.

Swear I'm winning a Darwin Award someday.

Greenie for the fact you've just sacked editing this.

Also, got one for my wee girl in the summer thinking I was some genius and it will allow me n' the missus to sit in the sun drinking while she tires herself out jumping around like a maniac. No, it didn't work like that, it's 2 mins of jumping and then "Daaaaaddd come on the trampoliiiiiiiine with meeeee!" Constantly until I do. Trampolines are fucking knackering, thank f**k it's winter now.

I probably have the corpses of dozens of them in the space directly above where I sleep.

A friend of mine who is an archaeologist told me a story that he excavated a site somewhere in Africa where the war lord's house was built with the skulls of his enemies built into the walls. This is how I feel about it also.

    🤣

More or less the same. Gave me a chuckle in my tired state.

    It gets better.

That said there's almost exactly 5 years between my two!

The little shit lulled us into a false sense of security sleeping almost through the night earlier on in the week, feels a long time ago now. I can't see light at the end of the tunnel yet.

Assuming this is the start of the terrible twos as my lovely wee 17 month old girl has turned into a complete arsehole. Says yes to food then you bring her it and she screams no at you, try to put a nappy on and screams and kicks until you stop, can't put any clothes on her without a screaming match, brushing her teeth is also a fucking military operation and probably sounds like we're torturing her to my neighbours. I just took her to the park there and she had a full scale tantrum because I wouldn't let her walk up the slide (let her try it once and she cunted it right on her face), park time over and trying to get her to walk/go in the pram also a fucking impossibility. I feel like I need a few days/months in one of those places you get to just smash everything to f**k.

If it helps and maybe right now it won't, but all completely normal. The 3 year old has not long emerged from this phase. Which is good for my sanity and the structural integrity of the interior walls.

A downside of waiting to see where Scotland are playing before booking is that the prices will go mental.

Aye you're bang on, accommodation is going to be an especially terrifying prospect.

Dusseldorf and Frankfurt accom is over double what it was when I looked at booking Berlin. Which is brutal as I fancy changing if all the games are out west. Hoping when the draw is made there will be a big switch where everyone cancels locations and people can book a location they want. Might not happen.

I'll defo get a bit bored in the same city, but when the games aren't on we're planning to travel to Poland and Czechia for a day, fuckit why not.

Got another one coming in March, joining the two under two club. It'll be fun, right? I'm sure it will be some laugh, if nothing else 🥲

Literally just coming on to moan about having two of them, one 3 and one 7 months.

It's hell. Last three nights the boy has decided sleeping at nighttime is overrated and instead whinging, laughing or rolling over and then complaining is better. Me and the missus are fucking zombies, he wont even nap now and I need to work. Quite fancy just ending it all right now.

    Anyway congrats.

    How it came back to me. (x + 3)(x + 5) means multiplying x + 3 by x + 5 and the way we do that is by multiplying the components together and adding them all up. So (x + 3)(x + 5) can be written as (x * x) + (3 * x) + (5 * x) + (3 * 5), further expressed as x2 + 3x + 5x + 15, and then finally summed to x2 + 8x + 15. All of this is to describe or work out y. So if y = x2 + 8x + 15, when x = 2 then y = 22 + 16 + 15, which equals 35. So the point (2, 35) is on the curve drawn by y = x2 + 8x + 15. And if you take this information back to the original (x +3)(x + 5), if x is 2, then the answer to this becomes 5 * 7 which, as if by magic, is 35.

I drew a graph, my answer was not 35, too embarrassed to post it now. Is it me or this too difficult a question for a school pupil?

Could argue Mackenzie did enough in 2 minutes on Tuesday to start wide left on Saturday assuming Fitzpatrick isn't fit enough to start. Mcdonald must be about 95% to get mutually consented in January if we're playing 3 different centre mids out wide instead .

Back 4 probably has to stay the same

Would agree on all of the above and if Fitzpatrick and McMillan are back could likely be bench for the first game anyway and maybe get on in the last minute.

When my eldest daughter was about 15 or 16, she was hellish to live with. A complete and utter bitch (she admits it herself now). Usual teenage stuff.

I remember us going to Stirling in December and she was in a foul mood, verging on a rage. I cannot remember what (if anything) it was about but we were passing a line of kids waiting to see Santa. She shouted at them as loud as she could "Santa isn't real!".

A few bemused looks from parents. The kids actually didn't pay her any attention. I marched her back to the car and we had the worst screaming match I can ever remember.

Even now she talks about that (now that her kids are young she looks back and cannot recognise herself)

Wow really can't wait until mine is a teenager, she already has a hell of temper... No idea where she gets it from 👀

I thought they were meant to just leave you alone and spend most of the time in their room or in the park drinking or smoking?

Spoke about this on here before, how I'm not sure how to deal with the prospect of bullying etc at school. Probably let my own frustrations get the better of me and hot sick of hearing the same wee guys name over and over from my daughter, hitting, pushing, generally being a wee dick, so I have told her that she is to warn him once to leave her alone, and then she is to smash him one clean on the nose.

Of course, she has now got upset about the prospect of getting in trouble, then she has went in to school and told all who'll listen that she's to punch this wee guy.

Honestly man, what a fucking puzzle this game is.

I am now moving towards de escalation, but I'm getting hacked off with this boy pushing her around.

A word with the teacher next I think.

This is why I pray my wee girl wants to do jiu jitsu or something. Put one wee dick like that into triangle choke and you'll never get any bother again.

Krav Maga a good shout, the wee lad ending up on his arse when trying to hit a lassie might dent his ego a bit.

My 3 year old girl wants weights for her Christmas. Good start.

    We don't do draws

maybe I've just jinxed it and it will be a draw but to be honest, I'd take one just now

    Jinx confirmed.

Both teams looked pish, so seems about fair, I can't believe either of us are in the play-offs spots right now. Adeloye should have been on way earlier, don't understand why he doesn't get more game time, ok Graham scores a lot, but given the game time Adeloye gets he's got a decent return as well.

Cannot be fucked with being pumped off Arbroath again, feels like it was only recently that happened.
