  1. Does this mean Jessica Alba is back in? I'd be in favour of that development.
  2. Singles- 2 at the same time: Bananarama, Love in the First Degree and Fat Boys /Beach Boys, Wipeout. Album-Duran Duran, Seven and the ragged Tiger. Albums were cheaper because i lived in the far east and got knock offs and could only get singles when we came back to the UK. Not proud of any of the above.
  3. Does this mean i'm a youngster? That's sick bro.
  4. Did i miss something? When did hibs get to the group stages?
  5. I agree that probably the biggest factor in our terrible performances last season, and less so this season, has been our inability to recruit in midfield. McCrorie and Ferguson can be great but we shouldn't be relying on players that age in every game. I'm hopeful that Mcgeough can be the seasoned pro in there. The biggest signing successes in mcinnes early years were signing Shinnie and mclean, and moving shinnie and jack into midfield. Since then, Tansey, Gleeson, Forrester, Bryson, Ojo have all been utter shit.
  6. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-55997641 The comments "extra money has been put into the nhs", "you lost, get over it" -the definition of pyrrhic
  7. I think there's a lot of truth in some of the perspectives from fans of other teams. They can probably grasp the big picture a lot easier than Dons can. I think the (real) decline in our standard of football is overstated by the our fans who conflate the different periods looking back. I don't think we ever had a really strong midfield, defence and attack at the same time. We are slowly getting worse but it's not like we were brilliant and now we're shite. We often ground out results and relied on individuals having good games rather than having any sort of tactics beyond "keep it tight". My take is that McInnes should have been given this season to arrest last season's decline. He hasn't. It has continued. The question for me is whether he goes in the summer or at the end of his contract. I don't think that the decline has been so steep to make it worth the reported money to get rid early.
  8. The market is the buyers and the sellers though, so all you can know about the market value from the information we have is that it's between £170 and £210.
  9. So we had a say by voting on policies that the parties didn't even have? My question was fair, you are ridiculous.
  10. Was pandemic response an issue in many manifestos?
  11. I'm personally in favour of McInnes seeing out his contract and using the compo saved for the 2022 appointee to rebuild. We still have a good chance of third this season. But on the other hand, he signed Curtis Main and has now replaced him with St Johnstone's third/fourth choice, so he's clearly lost the plot.
  12. A viking? I thought it was Sutton Hoo? I watched The 6th Day. One of my favourite Arnie films. It looks terrible, the acting is sub Neighbours level (except an incongruous turn from Robert Duval) and the plot is completely rudiculous. The visual style includes a couple of gimmicks that are unpleasant to watch. The "science" is just ludicrous. The baddie is very very bad, and his henchpeople are brilliantly useless and evil. Arnie's 2 performances are more kindergarten cop than terminator. Very entertaining. 7/10
  13. Well played hibs. Aimless shite from us again.
  14. He did only let him sign loan players. Hopefully the players screw the nut and get a big result so we never find out if this is true.
  15. You've missed Patrick Baladi. What’s he been in? Good plan. Jen went on to run the practice in Doctors
  16. I think it’s fairly clear why some incidents are treated differently. Clancy told us all at the start of the season. “I can guarantee that the referees officiating in the Scottish
Premiership know exactly what’s at stake this season,” Referees and the authorities are clearly shiting it in case they do anything decisive and wrong. I think this means they cop out of making big calls on the pitch. It is plausible that Rangers are subject to more scrutiny. This season the've had 3 citations for on field thuggery to one each for celtic, utd, ross county and Livingston. Outside of Morelos, it's one each. It might be plausible that Morelos is subject to more scrutiny. It might also be possible that he's a twat that keeps kicking and stamping. The award for most players cited so far this season goes to the Dons. So proud.
  17. I can see that but Roofe also went in with his feet above waist height. The incident was replayed incessantly on Sportscene and mentioned in all the reports and didn't result in a citation, which could suggest that mechanism doesn't work like you've said.
