Bit of a bummer that we were ahead but more training sessions won’t do us harm. We should have enough to get a result in the replay.....unless COVID comes in again and the schedule is disrupted more sessions under Rennie and Miller will stand us well IMO.
The visibility was very bad, if the linesman can’t see properly does no one any favours - we’d be going off our heads if this caused an error against us by the officials.0 -
Surely Rennie will be thinking a new captain is needed. But from that lot I genuinely dunno who it should be. If Dixon is fit he’s really the only leader in the team. Miller would be better than Hetherington of course but we’ve been there before. Rest of the squad don’t seem to have mentality for being captain....maybe Rennie can get something out of one of them and step up.
Hey he may even be able to get Hetherington to kick his arse into gear. Been a complete let down compared to what Alloa fans said we’d be getting.

Just make his role redundant and if we want a senior / Director level appointment similar to it redefine the role to what we need.
whatever Holt is doing it’s not working - unless the objective is to ruin the club.

AFAIK Jack Ross had bad terms with some of the old MSG / Board Members who are surely away now opening the door for him to return.

Is he a Director of Football? Or a sporting director? Or a Director of Football Operations? Or a Technical Director?
We could change the role to make it suit our actual intentions - is it to put in place a footballing structure? Manage recruitment and scouting? Set the standard and strategy entirely for the football side?
Either way empty Holt now, what’s next is next.

He’s actually been spoke about a number of times when we had a vacancy, given his links to the club and his success overseas. It was always suggested that he’d not be looking for a pay drop etc coming from the top flight MLS.
He’s alluded to the fact that it’s dream to manage his boyhood team, but also stated that it’s a way to build a profile in the U.K. market which is hard to break Into From the Far East and North America.
I think more Falkirk fans than you think were well aware of him. Some would have known him personally when he grew up here and others when his name came up on the outside of earlier management vacancies.
