  1. Very true, but self-determination in the settlements would dictate they should remain Israeli anyway. Sorry only ribbing you but the point stands. The West Bank is gone, there is nowhere for a viable Palestinian state now just a tiny wee slither of land in Gaza and that's it.
  2. Exactly, otherwise you could twist almost anyone's words on the subject to mean anything you want. As far as the whole thing goes btw, the West Bank is gone, the Palestinians will never, ever, ever, ever get that back. Its impossible, Israel only even agreed to begin talks in the 90's when they finally had established that the West Bank would be theirs forever and it would be impossible to get back. The offer to Arafat was never designed to succeed either. People need to understand that is the reality of the situation now and we in the West are largely responsible for what is the greatest injustices in human history.
  3. Yes but the point is also you can't go assigning meanings and objectives to people's comments based on your interpretation of them either.
  4. That's true and I'm not defending it, but in court you would never be able to convict him of being anti-Semitic based on those comments.
  5. To be fair I don't see the word Jew mentioned anywhere there. Some people, whether you disagree with them or not, view Israel similar to how most people viewed Nazi Germany, as the greatest purveyor of violence (though really that's the USA and its lapdog the UK) on the planet, the most prolific violator of international law, a belligerent bully and an enemy of democracy, human rights and liberty. Therefore to be opposed to Israelis in that context is discriminatory but not anti-Semitic.
  6. I think there are only two chief concerns regarding the West Bank. I mean the settlements are built, the wall in place, they've been there over half a century, some of them have even had kids!!!! (Making them indigenous obviously) So self-determination and democracy means no state for the pallys I'm afraid, its only right and proper.
  7. Not only that Churchill also had a fairly negative view of Scottish people too. Yay UK. Not to mention the fact he was an alcoholic racist who called Indians 'beasts' and said they deserved the famine we exacerbated causing the deaths of 29 million people. Then was voted Brit of the century.
  8. It is also the favourite defence of the most racist state on the planet and the most prolific violator of international law to dismiss legitimate criticism of abhorrent actions by Israel as 'anti-semitism' when it is nothing of the sort.
  9. All this pish faux concern about ooooh we need an effective opposition its good for democracy is utter hogwash. The lack of a decent opposition can be extremely damaging over the course of a few decades, not five years. Indeed its good for a party to have the chance to enact legislation and govern without hindrance in the short term (unless you disagree with their aims). The lack of an effective opposition at Holyrood is not a problem in the slightest any time in the next thirty years. we have a media the entirety of whom seem to think their full-time job and duty is to 'hold the SNP to account' (read slander the SNP and hysterically oppose everything they do) so its not an issue at all. It just makes stupid people feel clever to say so.
  10. Hit it further then you'll know which ones yours
  11. They're the Lib Dem's peers now Fibbers suck it up. Your joke party isn't in a position to be sneering at another.
  12. Coloured balls are for women or Japanese people. Stick to white or everyone who sees you on the course will think 'fanny'.
  13. That's just sheer ignorance then, there is nothing to suggest Shinnie is better than Douglas. Douglas plays at a higher level than Shinnie and excels, thats just parochial bollocks. But then I did read you call Mcormack, probably Scotland's most talented player, infact easily our most talented, as 'mediocre' so you obviously have no clue what you're talking about.
  14. I think you might be right, though one being granted after the SNP majority in 2011 does set a precedent. That would be a constitutional crisis.
  15. Of course it shouldn't, but it would be a material change in circumstances that may open the door to one. Nothing except the people of Scotland voting in a party on a majority who have one in their manifesto should bind Scotland to anything.
  16. What is the point in this shit? These fannies and the ones camping out aren't helping. Fuckin morons.
  17. This is the guy who called mcormack mediocre we can dismiss his opinion. Douglas is obviously worth a look.
  18. OF course. Any other stupid questions?
  19. He turned 20 4 months ago. He will make the breakthrough there at 21.
  20. Okay then. We'll see who knows what. Of course its not what he hoped for but that doesn't mean he'll be in the Championship next season, he will make it at Sporting guaranteed.
  21. Simpleton, you don't think he's developing now? What do you think he does every day play the X-box? Sporting B are better than Dundee Utd.
  22. I played professional football for starters. Notice Robbie Neilson called Craig Gordon world class today actually.
