  1. Jacko is a good player with heart and loves getting stuck in - he's decent going forward but really lacks in pace and skill. Played LWB for us and loves getting forward however is ultimately always out of position and gets caught out against any winger with pace. This is definitely his level for now gutted to see him go due to how much of a character he is - a joker in the dressing room.
  2. This one is a bit of guessing but I doubt Shaun would be posting that in regards to signing for another club. I'm fairly certain he's staying - hopefully announced over the next few days. I could, though, be horribly wrong and he's off to Pars or Falkirk or something but I doubt he would be posting that knowing how much he's been asked by us on twitter etc to stay on
  3. It's either a replacement for Josh or one for Halkett - I know what one I would prefer. Either that or it's for genuine depth which would be nice.
  4. Was in this year's Welsh Premier League team of the year too - smart signing I think
  5. Nope, ex-TNS/Motherwell/Ross County CB/RB Steven Saunders
  6. Really do hope we get Neilson - it'll be a shame to have to chance my profile picture on here too
  7. oor wee Sibbs to dink the ball into our BSLM's trademark overhead kick
  8. All the Falkirk fans going on about how poor he is Was only a few months ago he was the best player in the Championship by a mile
  9. Heard we're being linked with Louis Longridge and Goodwillie now too

  12. Who is he? Is he any good? Seems like he'd give our bench decent depth
  13. If he stays now it might get a bit weird as well knowing he wanted away
  14. We signed Josh as a RB from Albion Rovers, converted him into a RWB. Very good player who will get down the wing and get balls into the box, slipped out of our team at Christmas and told folk he wanted out - even told a few he was away in January but ended up staying as no club would pay a fee. Came back into the team for the playoffs and shone under the lights. Hopkin once described him as 'the best crosser of a ball in Scotland' - given the chance he will set up goals if you have someone to get the head on it in the box. Defensively very poor though and constantly gets caught out of position - very attacking minded player which leaves you open at the back. He's fast but not very tricky, will opt to kick and run past a player. He was a core part of our League 1 winning side and start of the campaign before losing his spot to De Vita who was far more skilled and suited in our system. Best thing I can show you guys is this to set the tone: All the best to Josh though, lovely guy who will definitely do well at County. He's got a bright career ahead of him
  15. Meeting our board on Monday/Tuesday to discuss things too - apparently an answer will be known by latest Wednesday, possibly tomorrow on whether he stays or goes
  16. In all honesty though, always felt he was a weak link in the St Mirren team - surprised you guys felt the opposite
