Anyone know much about Callum Crane? We apparently signed him on a PCA a few months ago when we were preparing for the Championship - assuming he won't be a Premiership level player

Anyone have an idea about Callum Crane? Supposedly signed a PCA with us months ago but heard nothing since - not assuming he's of the quality we'd want in the Premiership

We signed Callum Elliot a few years ago on a PCA and announced it in February - he then fucked off and signed for Raith on more money. During that season he got an injury and ended his career at 28

The game we managed to undo your guys was largely in part due to how nullified Morgan was. Gallagher managed to absolutely take him out the game and used his strength to stop him doing anything. Compare that to the game where you went down a man and won, Morgan destroyed Longridge and won that on his own. In saying that, I don't think Morgan needs to bulk up at all. Seems to be in a good place, just keep plugging away with his technical skills

Cue Livi's mazy European run Hoppy at the helm. Don't think he'll take half the squad anywhere. Hoppy was driven out of Morton after a pretty heavy defeat with him in charge. There's nothing to say he doesn't feel at home here - it's fair to say there's a great connection between the fans and him now. He's brought us back from death and it's genuinely a proper love-in for him. Our crowds are on the up and we've almost sold two buses out for the away leg of the semi-final and we don't even know where we're going. Livi are definitely a club on the up and the money from this season will go a long way, Hopkin will have a bigger budget as a result. He's said in the past that if he was to leave it would be a step up in his career to challenge himself and not to a club that is in a negative spot/period of change (however you may word it) - that's why I feel you can rule out Morton and Dundee Utd. If he is to move it'll be down south which is why a club like Sunderland is a bigger worry (not in the best place so contradicting a little) but the budgets can't even be compared. I think any residual emotional connection for Hopkin is null when it comes to his job knowing how quickly it could go sour at Morton. Emotionally he's likely more invested in the project at this club and the huge backing John Ward has given him along with the fans. He was given the reins over everything in the club and built it in his image essentially. Not many clubs will give him that chance again especially if moving to a bigger club so that's why I think he'll stay - at least through next season.

Can back this up - average and greets when he has to sit on the bench. Queen's should take him back for another season

So can I. He apparently owns shares in Morton too - here's hoping the fans backing yesterday shows him where his home is. I think he wants to see through the project with us at least and go from then. He could do a lot better than Morton at very least

Out of contract in the summer AFAIK. But we're signing players up onto longer deals which would suggest he'll sign once we know what league we're in

I was going to say that, think it only counts for teams within the SPFL - Penicuik probably wouldn't come under that. Would be best for the club to at least check. Anyone heard about prices for the playoffs at all either? Fully expect those two to get punted and free up a wage. They'll likely tell Mackin to find another club if he wants to play and we'll take anything anyone will throw at us for Knox - hopefully spark a bidding war from some clubs interested. Saw a few players being released re: Taiwo, O'Ware and Stelios Demetriou - think any of those three may do a job for us once we figure out where we are squad wise and division wise

Could Morton actually tempt Hopkin? Out of contract in the summer
