No disrespect to the teams mentioned, but Peter head and Dumbarton have virtually no forward players. I would say we are on a par with Falkirk, East Fife, Montrose in the striking dept, Clyde have Goodwillie who in normal years would get 20 easy, is surrounded by some horrific signings, it I s still relatively early to finalise squads.. I think we have a much better balanced midfield on paper, which will help to create chances for the strikers, Do you think Gal could get 15 to 20 this season...??? Personally I believed East Fife got it spot on, signing a squad early, recruited well McManus is decent unlucky that McGuiga wrapped it... What sort of wages are getting banded about, would think East Fife would be paying much the same as ourselves..

It a all went quiet this week, Still at least 4 players short, most of the available strikers have been signed up, although we are not the only team in our League looking for strikers and to be honest we have more options than some, Any other signings on the horizon.... Also can anyone confirm if preseason training has started yet, some of our rivals went back 10 days ago.... We need every advantage we can get this season... Hopefully this week we will get some season ticket news. And you never know the release of this season's kit might be announced also.... 21 days and counting to the first competitive game, cannot wait......
