Financial Concerns & Restraints.

I’m sure the South League don’t want/like them as their application was turned down the last time they applied. -
Bartley dead beats v Champions elect.

Can we kindly ask both sets of supporters to switch places to make Palmerston look better for the TV. We need all the covered enders going into the old main stand and all the Falkirk fans taking their place on the terrace. Thank you for your help! -

The current Queens Board of Directors should not be waiting for new candidates to come to them, mainly because that means that they might miss out on the right person(s). Therefore, they should also be proactive in approaching those individuals that have been identified (if any) as suitable candidates. Queens current shareholders should form a nominating committee, or appropriate recruitment body for Queens organisation needs, they will have been tracking suitable candidates, and should share their research and confirm the Board’s requirements as they conduct the process. This will obviously help them target those who could be a perfect fit. Perhaps a National advert to attract more interest? -

If Dan had even contemplated a delusional offer from Queens, how the hell would the internal system work while he is not at Palmerston, an absolute fanciful discussion indeed! Incidentally, oft-repeated phrase when reporting a manager’s dismissal is that he has left a club ‘by mutual consent’, reflecting that the parties have reached an agreement on the terms of departure, so why have Queens not looked at this privilege. Given the inevitable highly publicised dismissal of football managers, it is often in the interests of both parties to settle the claim by way of agreement rather than publicly through the courts - Surely an option for us! While UK employment law does apply to the world of football management, do not expect to see any high-profile managers involved in an Employment Tribunal claim any time soon. -

This suggestion was made to Dan 12 months or so ago, there was a bit of interest from a UK manufacturer - He never returned the call. -

I remember that midweek game well, it was indeed 3-0 to Queens. I was really disappointed with the result as every other team had been gubbing them at the time and I felt short changed. -

Clubs like Queen of the South are constantly faced with an array of factors to consider when participating in the debt finance market – predominantly pricing, maturities, the potential impact of relegation or promotion, the assets available to provide or take as security and the myriad of rules and regulations applicable to them and their activities. I doubt that a move to part-time football would allow us to continue with our major interests out with the playing side. . -

I have decided I won't be back until Bartley has gone, the whole place stinks of everything bad. Incidentally, I really can't believe that you have stopped going, that's like Ross or Jim giving up too!! -

There is no two ways about this for me and that is that Billy Hewitson controls everything at board level and both the other two members fear losing their highly held prestige and privileges if they disagree with him so they are happy to toe the line. There is no ambition across the board and it's not going to change unless Hewitson steps in or we supporters step in. I have such a deep dislike for Hewitson that I even imagine him trying to work alongside any new member, or in any sale of the club so that some form of agreement can again be made for him to stay. Now or never for a major protest to get rid of this buffoon because, if he survives this, then he's with us till death (of the club or himself). -

Doesn't matter how you wrap it up – losing games to the bottom sides in League 1 is, and always has been unacceptable. Forget all the systems, formations, players etc. This club has, with incredulous contempt for its true custodians – the wonderful, honest, loyal Queens supporters – refused to change its out-dated, archaic, back-slapping, mates-rates work practices and pretentiously looked down on "lesser" clubs' work models (Arbroath, etc). Out of date, out of ideas, without true leaders – a relic completely disrespectful to its peers. Queens will always have its fans but it is finished as an organisation fit to dine at the top table. Anger must now take the place of apathy and a blanket boycott take place to rid Palmerston of its parasites – unrelenting in its efforts until dignity, humility and professionalism replaces the back street, low-life, disrespectful culture that pervades Queen of the South FC.. I mention no names specifically, and will not revert to abusive language; however, start somewhere in the boardroom and oust every one of them. -

Marvin is always saying it is a squad game Gibson is a very important part of that .He is still very young plenty of time to develop with us. so it’s okay to play loan players from other clubs before our own youngsters, no wonder ours don’t get very far during their careers. -
Yes, but Queens really do need to advertise for a new twitter reporter, I think we are the only team who don’t post match day pics either.
