  1. I'm after goal of the season contenders. My short longlist for this season below. Kurtis Roberts vs Hamilton Taylor Steven vs Cove Taylor Steven vs Stirling Ally Roy vs Queen of the South Ally Roy vs Montrose Cammy O'Donnell vs Kelty Any others that I've forgotten?
  2. The only thing with that one is it's down to interpretation of the rules so it's a toss a coin decision. It's natural to put your arms up to chest a ball. Hits his chest then the hand so is that an unnatural position?
  3. Missed this comment. Easy to see handball from Gardyne is why Kevin Cawley is getting on at the ref.
  4. Also while I'm looking. No foul on this. No advantage played. You can see Kevs head flick to the referee as Duncan Williams is sitting daydreaming about what he is having for dinner. It was not a good display of refereeing. Match_4.mp4 There's another one in the first half that was an obvious kick to the back of his leg. I vividly remember him holding his calf after but I don't recall the time. There's also one moment for Montrose that the entire stand went mental at the referee for getting something wrong.
  5. A quick turnaround on the highlights so I've clipped where I thought the opportunity ended without realising Montrose hoof it down the park. Match.mp4 Kevs sending off makes me think of this But refs are completely unapproachable. I've heard bawbag said on bbc radio, if it was that insulting it should surely not be broadcast no?
  6. 2012 Highly advise a follow for Jonathan Markwell
  7. Once you see Robbo's again you see how close he was to missing
  8. Got to be fair to Hamilton and say we shouldn't have won but the good feeling about the place is carrying us just now. (We should have won both earlier in the season so I'm calling it even) @KierenAAFCcelebrating with a Maccy D's then will share the interview
  9. I missed the errors although I have accidentally scheduled things for the wrong time before but never something embargoed. It can happen.
  10. They are not. It's usually coordinated between clubs but usually the signing club is the one who picks a time. That was certainly the case when we got Luke Strachan from Dundee last season.
  11. Joe mcGlynn to kelty wasn't though. This loan window stuff is just bizarre with people's imaginary rules.
  12. Hamilton have loaned a player out in this part of the window to a team in their division?
  13. Gross is ällöttävä. Way too many syllables. Must be a Finnish sense of humour.
  14. On the bright side not got ex-Alloa superstar Dario Zanatta to contain this time around. Only some unknown called Jake Hastie up against famed sprinter Jon Robertson.
  15. When Keatings got booked for diving after getting wiped out, Inverness appealed and the referee clearly didn't even watch the footage. A complete lottery whether it is overturned. You pay for the privilege and you only get the fee returned if you win the appeal. On that note, Scott Taggart apparently booked against Annan. Referees have a vivid imagination.
  16. There's a limit of 5 domestic loans. International loans don't count to your quota but can't be made outside the regular transfer window which closed at the beginning of February.
  17. That's my commentary about cove sorted on Saturday. Serious offer if you fancy doing the commentary with Kieren pop up to the press box. My laptop's graphics card has burnt out and it will be a patchwork fix and likely technical chaos again tomorrow. My threat to delete one random player from the team sheet until I get a new device should be taken seriously now.
  18. Fan of a club that's running at a sustainable level at the required standard. Might even be accused of punching above its weight sometimes.
  19. Airdrie is something fixable in the first team category. Fairly sure it's personnel related due to not having a qualification in the category. If the option was employ someone or lose upwards of £300,000 the choice is easy. Peterhead and Kelty are likewise falling down in that first team category. Edinburgh have the issue of the stadium. That'll not be fixed any time soon. I quite like the idea of having the bronze license as a requisite because it means teams who invest in playing staff to the detriment of everything else and don't have the necessary infrastructure will never be allowed to push out the teams that are maintaining their standards.
