That is true outside of Italy, most Italian restaurants in the English Speaking world are pretty meh And 100% agree about Central/Eastern European food. Pierogies, goulash, cevapcici, burek, sudjuk and sirene cheese are just some examples of Central/Eastern European things that are fantastic

I know that seafood is not everyone's thing, but Octopus and Squid are both underrated while I can agree that Lobster is overrated. Not that I dislike lobster but it's just not worth the price point

Underrated: Carrots. A versatile and tasty vegetable Overrated: Cauliflower, I just find it bland, much prefer broccoli Underrated: Asparagus. Really tasty, especially cooked with butter

Hate is a strong word but there are definitely comedians that I don't find funny. Off the top of my head I can think of James Acaster, Ricky Gervais, and Noel Fielding (among UK comedians) and Dane Cook (among North American comedians) -
