The AGM went well - guest clubs were never on the agenda for the AGM. A separate General Meeting looked at that matter and a constructive debate was held - no vote was ever envisaged at either of those meetings on guest teams. That will happen shortly
Yes we’ll done to those clubs promoted to Spfl. Rather than zealotry and self interest until Tier 5 is fully representative I can’t see why SPFL should change matters. Being to Cowdenbeath’s advantage isn’t a reason to support it immediately - a wider solution is required rather than your demands just being met
So why would Cowdenbeath’s situation have any bearing on it - 6 up/6 down would help Cowden but this is about what is appropriate not what best advantages some clubs
So what - has such a vote been put forward as a proposal? 2 up/2 down plus a play off as well has not a hope of being agreed for a 10 team league. As far as I am concerned 1 up/1 down plus a play off is only tenable once Lowland League can demonstrate that it is pretty clearly made up of the best clubs in the Lowlands outwith the SPFL
I don’t think Hearts B were knocked back rather it is the 2 of the 3 clubs that get most votes that would have been admitted - one of them could be Hearts
Pretty clear to closed minds like yours only - that never happened. A balanced look at the pros and cons rather than knee jerk resistance isn’t an argument in favour. And I can assure you CFC were firmly in the against camp
There was a very brief delay due to getting the turnstile attendants ready and the fact that there is a great deal to be done by a limited pool of people
I thought championship clubs had had Pixellot installed for free - Alloa were in championship at the time. Thus isn’t that why they had a lower cost model. L1/2 clubs had to pay for Pixellot
Thank goodness for the BBC I say - if you can’t see it’s worth you must have blinkers on - Nats, Tories, lefties all want it to spout their viewpoints. I prefer it’s liberal agenda - it’s not perfect but a hell of a lot better than the alternatives
