  1. Clyde and QOS at home were meant to be games we won comfortably but was anything but. Clyde win took two goals in the last 5 minutes and QOS we were hanging on to a 3-2 lead last 20 mins. I really don't expect anything different on Saturday.
  2. I would play Dow behind McManus and have Fraser Murray and Dom on the wings. Move Turner in beside McInroy. Thought it worked treat against Rovers.
  3. Think Mayo was meant to be marking him but f**k knows where he went. Mayo has been played out of position at right back as Comrie had been out for a few weeks but still doesn't excuse the schooboy marking.
  4. Not for me. I think the Fife derby is a cracking fixture. Two local teams going at it hell for leather. Love lording it over Rovers when we win and hate getting beat off them. Nice balance of get it up ye, and have pint and a chat afterwards to the rivalry. The Falkirk games are just built on a past of racist chants and mocking the dead during close run titles. It's a derby built on bad blood. Love beating them for that reason. We generally take more fans to Starks than Grangemouth, there's a reason for that.
  5. Exactly what he did with us. A very poor manager tactically. Stevie Crawford seems like Bielsa after taking the reigns from him.
  6. Thought we played in flashes, but we were off it today. Got to say that a lot of that was to do with Rovers. Cut Dow and Thomas out the game and have a few really good talents themselves. Tait, Hendry are really good and Duku was a pain. The boy Masaunda? Look a good centre back too. I think OFW is another below standard GK. We really have struggled in this area for a few years now. Delighted with a point considering. Rovers are contenders for the play-offs with that team.
  7. AJ without a dominating budget over his rivals shows how bad a manager he is. Tactical nous is non existent.
  8. It also won't come a surprise when folk tell them to ram it up their farter then.
  9. Stream for me now too. Was planning to pay on Saturday to give clubs money in hard times but if they act like that, they can piss off.
  10. He's excellent for us and that's all that matters. He's played against Celtic, Hearts, Dundee Utd and decent sides like ICT in his time with us and excelled, so clearly improved since that old footage against Jordan Jones. Still young and more improvement to come. Great having a coaching set-up that improves players. Turner, Edwards, Nisbet and Comrie have all benefitted over the last 18 months by coming to Pars.
  11. Comrie is far better than him. Can't remember Reid being anything more than a solid league 1 right back.
  12. We have good attacking threats but we are not really a go for it team. Crawford will have us organised and difficult to break down first and foremost.
  13. Took a walk from Aberdour to Burntisland a saw a few of those stickers plastered on sign posts.
  14. Smokies at home are a formidable force. Can't see anthing other than a hard fought Pars victory.
  15. £184,964 in today's money. From what I hear about Alex Edwards from supporters of that era, he was probably worth about 20 times that. His name always crops up in conversations about the best uncapped Scottish players. Hopefully through add ons and sell on, we get rewarded a great deal better for Nisbet.
  16. I would say he did as good a job marking Dom Thomas as any natural full back he's come up against this season. Looks like he's looked after himself over the years.
  17. Can't stand Hearts. Thoughts way above their station. Wee Rangers *** wanks. Delighted we beat them.
  18. We kept our shape. Our midfielders were better on the ball and we defended better. Hearts have some very good individuals but Pars are more advanced as a team.
  19. The Jambos kickback boycott cetainly played into our hands.
  20. I think it's a great chance of getting to the quarters. Good draw.
  21. Mystery to me too. You would think their full team fell to Covid 19 or something.
