  1. He was walking away from the ball when it was battered against him...mental decision to book him IMO He was stood directly in front of it until he started walking backwards slowly. The ball was kicked off him. He then kicked it back off McGeouch. About as obvious a yellow as you will ever see.
  2. Both missed some very good chances. Both lucky to have ten men on the park. For the lad wondering why Pittman was booked. He stopped Aberdeen taking the free kick. Pretty simple stuff. Watching McGinn play like this is depressing.
  3. He's played the old 'made myself look really stupid to make you look a little stupid, lol' card.
  4. I think folk from outwith Aberdeen wildly over estimate how many of the population are from here.
  5. This will be Wicks. I don't expect it to be a great success but at the same time I can't criticise the club for not trying to do something different without recognising the merit behind this idea.
  6. Do you think Sky would be fussed about St Mirren v St Johnstone being shown on free to air TV? Could have an agreement that the kick off time matches the kick off time of the big BT Sports game of the weekend?
  7. I'm not talking about giving up the tv revenue. I'm suggesting placing one of the lesser games of that match week on free to air tv. Keep the Sky model as it is with one of the Old Firm away games on subscription telly every week. I'm confident enough that it wouldn't keep too many match going fans of those clubs away from the game and it may encourage others to give it a go if they enjoy what they see.
  8. I'm not talking about them paying for it. Just give them it for a season and see what kind of viewing figures they get. I could be wrong but there's likely loads of potential fans out there who don't support their local team because their parents don't give a f**k. That's certainly one of the reasons why Aberdeen go so heavy on making the Primary School children aware of the club through the Community Trust.
  9. I'd like to see BBC Scotland take on a token league game once a weekend. A non OF one. Expose some of the teams to folk who can't afford to/won't pay for subscription television.
  10. Someone posted his brothers initial tweet on here and I did think he'd be better off leaving it alone.
  11. Targets start at 9,000 I think. That's a reasonable target. 15000 is not a reasonable target in the short term, but it's a lot better than the usual "here's your season ticket prices. Buy them or don't."
  12. Probably in the £25-£30 bracket I'd imagine. The bonus for me is the free cup ticket.
  13. In return, as a thank you gesture, those not claiming a partial refund will be able to attend the first domestic cup match in front of fans for free and free entry to a celebratory friendly/legends match during the 2021/22 season on a date to be confirmed. Full information regarding this process can be found in our FAQs below
  14. His favourite for me wasn't even during a game. Said he had absolutely no regrets turning down Arsenal before they won the league unbeaten, winning F.A Cups etc and would choose Spurs again if offered the same choice.
  15. Whatever happens I'm expecting to see someone get charged, they think they have H then someone (not necessarily Ted/Steve/Kate gives some evil stare towards the camera as the theme really kicks in.
  16. Will be surprised if there's much excitement in this one. Dull draw is my guess.
  17. You're only as good as your last game. Considine was pish in his last game. Yeah. I don't think Considine should be there. Considine is a back up left sided centre back in a 3 though. Kerr will be looking to play on the right hand side. I'd have had him in for a look a long time ago. Considine isn't the man blocking his path though.
  18. Yeah but that's my point. You're saying they shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence but also saying Nisbet scores more because he plays for Hibs. I think Shankland is a bit overrated but we'd be in a much better place if we had him or Nisbet. Wouldn't be fussy over which it was.
  19. Would Nisbet get more goals playing for Dundee United though?
  20. Better than a £20 take it or leave it club shop voucher IMO
  21. I've no argument with him getting a look but I think the two you've mentioned aren't the ones in his way. Considine was effectively a last minute call up and ended up playing well.
