  1. None of us do unless we play for Chelsea. Its a forum mate, this is what people do.
  2. Aye, the people around him did him no favours at all. Just waiting for the announcement he's dead sadly.
  3. The statments are not incongruous. Tuchel fully embraced young players at Dortmund, and plays a technical style of football. If reports are true he told Gilmour on day one in the job he was free to leave he obviously doesn't rate him personally.
  4. He admitted to one consensual, reciprocated, fully clothed cuddle while both parties were slightly tipsy. He accepted this was inappropriate as he was this woman's boss. She was offered a transfer to any department within the Scottish government she wanted, on equivalent salary. She chose to remain where she was. She did not want the matter referred to the police, objected to it, and it was done anyway by Leslie Evans. If that makes him a lech you are too. That is the only incident he and the court accepted did actually happen, the rest were fabrications. Kezia Dugdale doesn't post here, if I was speaking to her I would temper my language appropriately. However, I do think people attempting to block a nation's democracy are worthy of the description vermin.
  5. And I said on here as soon as he was charged it was an obvious fit-up just like Assange. I was laughed at and ridiculed by pretty much every poster on this forum. Well who was right eh.
  6. He will, many people will just never accept he was innocent of all charges and fitted up. It was shameful what was done to an innocent man.
  7. He is shocking, the new Joe Hart. If he's in goal in the summer we've got a great chance.
  8. I mean one of them records showed the woman in question was not even in the same building as Alex Salmond at any time on the day in question. That's perjury. Yet he will be smeared the rest of his life as being guilty and having gotten away with it, when nothing could be further from the truth.
  9. Nope, that wasn't the case at all, though that is the narrative being told. His entire case was these things did not happen, with one exception, and a judge and majority female jury agreed with him. Its just a lie people tell that that was his defence, it was not. He denied these events ever took place.
  10. When interviewed, Burke comes across well - articulate and appropriately humble. That doesn't mean much in any footballing sense, but he does seem like a bright and well-adjusted lad off the pitch. Aye, it doesn't have much bearing. One of the things I've always loved about football, take a guy like Paul Gascoigne. A fucking moron, no offence to him, childhood hero of mine, but he is. Stupid. An unintelligent person, probably borderline learning disabilities, in most rooms he's walked into in his whole life he's the dumbest person in the room without question. But put a ball at his feet and he becomes a genius. He can see things nobody else can, sees an entirely different picture cause his range of talents limit him a lot less than other players, and his imagination and vision allow him to see passes and runs that other players, top top professionals, can't see, and he does it in the blink of an eye. Its a beautiful thing that.
  11. I find it incredibly sad you refer to Salmond as a lech. And its very telling about you. In our society what more can a man do to clear his name than go to court and win? Yet for some he's still guilty. As I said, it says an awful lot about you, and none of it good.
  12. Not just that but inherited his dad's seat like a fucking feudal lord. They're the type of people who if they entered politics now would have joined the SNP, no principles just pure careerist troughers.
  13. Equally if it brings down Sturgeon and Cherry gets anywhere near the leadership, then my vote goes elsewhere. You can blame that on whoever you want, , but I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way. Maybe you should ask yourself if this particular hill is worth risking the independence you crave. Cherry isn't an MSP, it would be Swinney or maybe Forbes. I think its sad you base that on the misconception she's a transphobe when she's nothing of the sort, but its your vote.
  14. I actually quite like Watt he has genuine talent, but will never trouble a Scotland squad unless he has a purple patch and we are a bit short. That's exactly what Leipzig said about Burke he couldn't learn tactically. Never heard him talk, maybe he's just thick as shit.
  15. You can improve it a bit, I just have doubts about how coachable he is. He's had as good an education as a footballer can get and still it doesn't seem to have really clicked. A good option off the bench on the wing with no defensive responsibilities, but I don't see what more he can offer us than that. Realistically if it wasn't for his physical attributes he'd be playing amatuer football.
  16. Dunno. If I recall correctly, he hardly played for West Brom when they were in the Championship? Can't remember, but he skooshed it for Forrest over the course of about 30 games then got his move on the back of that.
  17. Aye but you can't really teach that, its a natural thing. Relegation will be good for Burke, he will play more and does quite well at that level.
  18. I do have a problem with people who want to deny a country democracy as they know how they'll vote. I'll never respect people who have that attitude. I have no doubt those five are c***s too, but being a nice person to talk to doesn't excuse Dugdale for me. In other news, the woke Nazis are now demanding an independent inquiry into transphobia in the SNP. Who would have thought if you bow to the demands of children they will add other demands too, shocker. This will cost us independence, and 99% of the people doing it are not trans and are about 16 years old in most cases. Its so sad an electoral behemoth is now beholden to a tiny group of nutcases.
  19. I used to know a Nigerian guy called Bode (pronounced Buddy) Luv. Brilliant name, such a cool guy. DJ too, just used his name as it was so cool.
  20. Its doing an awful lot of damage, and its now not about those individuals they can sort something out and it wouldn't fix it, its in the minds of voters now. A good example would be this, Labour is not an anti-semitic party, it does not have a particularly large or unusual problem with anti-semitism. But still anti-semitism brought down Corbyn. This could do the same to the SNP, and remember they don't have to lose an election, just not get a majority. Its very dangerous and very damaging.
  21. I'm actually Ip banned from posting on Wings site for giving him shit. Cause he's a bit of a fanny. So to call me a Wings apologist is wrong. Dugdale is vermin. Everyone can be nice in interpersonal interactions. Stalin was known to be incredibly charming when he wanted to be. She is someone who regularly insulted half the population of Scotland and told people to vote Tory, before leading Labour to 14% in the country that founded it. I don't doubt she can be nice and is probably well intentioned, but she's a dangerous idiot far too sure of her convictions and motivations, and I guarantee you a million per cent she doesn't even know what socialism is. Ask her to define socialism (bearing in mind she is from the right of the party and baulked at many Corbyn policies as being too extreme) and she wouldn't be able to do so. But an entire country has to be subject to Tory governments we reject at the ballot box three quarters of our lives cause she's a 'socialist'. Sturgeon I've always liked.
  22. If that's the way it goes it is a massive story and she will have done enormous damage to the party and cause of independence so not only should step down as FM but be expelled from the party. And some of the stuff I've read is incredibly damning. But we will have to wait and see what the outcome is so I'm reserving judgement till then.
  23. I'm just a tad worried about the timing, not sure it will make huge difference but might sway very soft soft no's that might go yes. Aye, if it brings down Sturgeon its a disaster a few weeks before an election and hell mend her for jeopardising things at such a critical time, but if not I just don't care that much. My SNP vote is not for any one individual.
  24. Me too, and they are. That's the law. So people presenting it as a human rights issue are lying. I don't care that much for the Salmond/Sturgeon thing either tbh, he didn't go to jail and was proven innocent, the rest I can't find the energy to be that bothered about.
