  1. That's a plausible assumption to make, in which case you call another meeting to review the decisions taken at the previous meeting, although you can't review them as the minutes have been destroyed. As you say, keep these individuals well away from the WoSFL board. What it also shows is that Chisholm asked TJ to speak to Petrie on the matter of Scottish Cup qualification, did he also speak to him on the matter of Conferences? Petrie had a change of heart on that subject around that time.
  2. "Amended minutes attached gentlemen, you may have thought you had agreed to null & void the season, that was an error in the minutes, you actually agreed to settle it on PPG"
  3. Finalising minutes does not include "destroying" them and pretending the meeting didn't happen. They are a record of what was discussed, and what you don't do is tell people to destroy them if there are further meetings to be held to review a decision taken at that meeting. Let's not try to spin the obvious.
  4. Aye because the Management Committee discussed and agonised over null and voiding the season which they eventually agreed to do...............and then they didn't, and wanted the minutes destroyed and to hold more meetings. That isn't correcting spelling mistakes, or amending interpretation before they're finalised. That's burying what was discussed and agreed at the meeting and pretending it never happened. Your spin is quite somethjing to behold.
  5. Good to see Kelty challenging the SPFL arbitarily voiding the play-offs which are supposed to be a four-way agreement between SFA/SPFL/HL/LL.
  6. This suggests Chisholm was in some form of contact with Petrie "Mr Chisholm claimed SFA chief executive Rod Petrie would be less inclined to accept a nomination based on anything other than final league standings." So on a different subject matter, Petrie didn't object to Conferences at tier 6 and then changed his mind which caught the LL off guard and saw a lot of sh*t chucked in their direction. Join the dots.
  7. It all depends on the finances available to the competition and if it can accommodate the increase in fixtures. I can't see anything changing for next season, there's been no proposals from the influx of former Junior clubs in the east for split gates, they've been happy to go with it.
  8. The cup organisers are the leagues themselves, it's a collaborative effort.
  9. I wonder if the travel subsidies will remain at the same levels with 67 new clubs, and a large increase in ties.
  10. Are you saying therefore that there is no incentive for away fans to attend league games then in that case? I don't buy that argument, and what we need to be careful with is this turning into another Junior Cup situation where potentially both the home and away clubs lose money from the game. The LL, EoS and SoS seem to be happy with the current rules, although as ever, if a proposal is submitted that clubs are happy with then the rule can change.
  11. The troll in question has been banned, conservatively, 70+ times over the years. He is well known to the Admins of the forum. So no, I'm not "cutting about" telling people to ignore random posters as it's not my business, only a well known disruptive troll with a long rap sheet. Establish facts before shouting off.
  12. That's the point of these posts, he starts off all of his new ID's with the same type of patter. He's been at it for years. He's best ignored.
  13. No, the guy is the troll who has been around here for years and keeps registering new ID's as soon as he is banned. He knows nothing about Talbot or anything else really, he makes it up or googles it.
  14. Please bore off troll and stick to pretending you're a big Junior fan. I'm surprised this ID has lasted so long this time. the Bairns57, cherrywhite, Holstein, Caliy, Curzonmid and now traffordab. Attention seeking World Champion.
  15. Choice of words is one way of putting it, coming out and calling people involved in running the LL and EoS "liars" is completely out of order (as it was with Felix McKenna's mad tweets). I'm willing to bet his fellow Tayside clubs hold their head in their hands when he opens his gob in that environment, he certainly hasn't done them any favours and it won't be easily forgotten by those he has defamed.
  16. The best thing they could do now, whilst talks are ongoing between HL and NRJFA, is to get involved with that.
  17. I don't think a "Midland" or "Tayside" league has much of a chance existing in the LL area now. The LL went through a lot of pain to set-up the WoSFL and now have three feeders, I think they'd probably like to see that reduce to two over time with the SoS operating at a more appropiate level, rather than adding a fourth (small) feeder. It sounds like the shenanigans with the SPFL will likely see the HL/LL border move rejected by LL members if they are getting zero back in return.
  18. You OK Toots, how you coping with the lockdown. Multiple personality stress?
  19. Steady, I think you're being very unfair to Marten.
  20. Refreshing to hear honest and open discussion on the politics of the game at all levels currently, and also Larry fae Lochee put in his place, sounds like he has not done his club many favours. Night and day listening to George compared to the social media rantings of certain Junior officials recently.
  21. Blackburn Utd have signed Darren Dalrymple from Bathgate Thistle.
  22. You'd know a thing or two about attention seeking, they're not in the same league as you.
  23. Remains to be seen whether the line will ever move, and if so it's a definitive line. I suspect what may happen will be that there is no line or a "soft line" meaning the Angus clubs can decide what league they drop into, they are really the only ones who will ever have an issue with it. Then again, perhaps with this issue now out in the open and under scrutinty and the fact Brechin aren't going down, it will be quietly dropped.
  24. Bo'ness will receive their licence at the SFA AGM, and will then be confirmed by the LL as promoted. They'll run with 17 in needs be.
