  1. Aye, agreed. Like you say, not much between the teams at all and consistency has won the league. I think some are getting carried away, maybe on the back of the last result at Celtic Park. We’ve played each other 5 times this season with 2 wins a piece and a draw. Very evenly matched, which is a shame (from our point of view) given the gulf between the teams under Lennon.
  2. Thought defence to midfield we were the better team again, just missing a potent forward line. Morelos plays I think we win that match, but not much between the teams. Sakala scoring against you is the ultimate badge of shame, albeit it was a good finish. On to Thursday and bigger fish to fry.
  3. Aye, I’d say it’s a risk too, but one that is partly mitigated due to his aversion to injuries thus far. I think if we still had Patterson around he’d have considered it more.
  4. Tavernier was always going to play, up until now I can’t remember him ever being out injured. He just doesn’t seem to pick up knocks (watch him go down with a hamstring injury now)! Kent and Lundstram I agree with, hopefully they’ll be taken off at some point.
  5. Most people I’ve spoken to have said they’ll have no issues if we go with a rotated side. I don’t think it’ll go as far as the team you suggest but I’d be looking to rest or at least limit the minutes of a few key players.
  6. May you please provide me with some? That's what I was looking for originally.
  7. Right, I really do appreciate what you are saying, but for the avoidance of doubt, I am simply asking if there are any examples that we know of where Rangers and Celtic alone have vetoed any proposals under the current voting structure.
  8. I don't disagree with that. I was more wondering if there had been any examples of it actually happening.
  9. I can see the merits of debating the point, but I also wonder what instances have occurred where Rangers and Celtic alone have vetoed any proposals put forward for a vote. I'm not doubting there will be an example of this, I just can't think of any off the top of my head.
  10. I hate this accusation as there's no effective way to come back to it without indeed looking rattled.
  11. Are you forgetting that we played and beat you only 12 days ago? Neither of our goals came from set plays. We never scored the first goal to hold on to, either. Basically, you're talking a lot of shite.
  12. Nah, you're clutching. Every team that has possession of something that doesn't retain it, ultimately loses it. If I was downplaying how good we were last season, I'd say Celtic threw away the 10 instead. Just like we threw away the league this season...
  13. The quotes following last nights result suggests we appear somewhat content with the position we are in. Gio especially seemed quietly confident which I like. A packed and bouncing Ibrox will hopefully push the players on again.
  14. I fully expect Tavernier will be given more freedom to get forward next week with players getting into the box more to give him something to hit. I also feel set pieces could be useful for us. Goldson won two, maybe three headers in their box tonight so it seems like he can cause issues if we get the delivery right. Our defending tonight was generally very good as well. I think they probably had 3 chances you’d consider good which wasn’t too bad given the amount of possession they had. Get them on the back foot a bit more, get some balls into the box and see how we fare.
  15. I’m not sure the goal changes too much in respect of how we would set up at Ibrox either. At 0-0 I doubt we’d have risked going back and playing for extra time. We would’ve tried to stay organised and look to press on more than we did tonight which won’t really change in my opinion.
  16. I think the game played out as expected with no Morelos or Roofe. Not a devastating result but a blow to lose the goal at the time we did. I’m not too disheartened by it though, I do think we can cause them problems at Ibrox. Down but not out.
  17. Don't back down, double down! You made an arse of it. Just own it.
  18. Must be a tad embarrassing losing the 10 and being outperformed in Europe by a team that aren't on their feet, eh.
  19. Both teams looked impressive. Rangers started really strong and could've been 2 or 3 up before we actually scored our first. Impressive goalkeeping from Hearts. Second half Hearts dominated, just couldn't quite get that final opening worked often enough.
  20. The scary thing is, this wasn't even the worst barnet on display last night! The referee had a shocker of a mullet.
  21. A bit of a swing and a miss. I can't even find this "normal" green respect logo you speak of on google images. The blue one, however, is very predominant. Folk get themselves really worked up about nothing to have a pop at us.
