From a comfortable situation we made it extremely hard for ourselves during the second half. Absolute stupidity from Boland to firstly head the ball out of the Glencairn players hands when already on a booking and 2-0 up (for which he escaped another yellow card) and then sticking his arm out to be given his marching orders. A cynic may say he already had plans in a fortnight as he seemed desperate to miss the next match! A much improved performance will be needed to progress in the competition. Any news on some players who seem to have totally disappeared? Crawford, Gardiner and Leitch?

Yeah, I can see both sides to that argument. Being on the outside we can only speculate.

Perhaps his reluctance to play younger players yesterday and play himself despite his good intentions? A conflict between the main side and the U19?

Interesting to note that the Under 20 team have withdrawn from the Development League. No information from the club on this and no players coming in when they are desperately needed. What’s going on?

The “Coaches” have a cheek to call themselves such. The club goes from embarrassment to embarrassment every week and have been rooted to the bottom of the bottom league for years. Surely they realise they are totally out of their depths and are just there to get out of the house on a Saturday?
