There' no point in the club risking paying for a full time set up just to end up finishing behind a team full of guys who work a 9 to 5 before doing a few hours training twice a week. There's no direct competition like Ayr this season and there should have been some pretty harsh lessons learnt not just from the play off shambles but the endless implosions in the park through out the entire season.

Are we the only full time club next season? If so there can be no fucking excuse not to go up.

This is a good start Barr is a decent player with good ability, however his attitude is fucking shocking on the park so who knows what it' like in private. First of many i would imagine.

The garden in my old hoose still has a bit of the old pitch when Starks got redeveloped 20 years ago. It was quite funny really you had loads of folk show up to the game with shovels and towels who then all ran onto the park at the final whistle.

29 of those bad boys secured and now safely in my fridge. Each to be savoured and appreciated with the sad knowledge we are approaching the end of dynasty of pure sugar and E numbers. I feel I should get pished far more to feel the true extent of it's healing powers.

We have Smith and we have full time football, wether that will be to the same extent as this season or if it will be on a much tighter budget i dont know. What has to happen is a clear out on the player front. We have a core of a team that has been regressing over the last few seasons when it comes to it they have no bite and cannot win when it matters. Winning teams get there cone hell or high water they don't make excuses about being unlucky or coming so close they get the job done especially when it's there on a plate. There is a losing/negative mentality and it needs to go. The style of play has to change especially if Vaughan and Buchanan stay the former has become greedy on the ball but then he has been the only regular goal scorer and creative spark for half the season. The latter has provided a poor fucking return in no small part as a result of how the team has been set up and how they play. I would hope Smith knows his job is on a shoogly nail and will implement a few more tactics and actually play to strengths and style as a plan a. The fitness and conditioning has to improve as well. Only time will tell.

It is what it is. Next season will be completey his team his players.

There was a thing at the time that Buchanan was on 900 a week and Spence was on decent wages as well. I think it will be be full time but a stripes down squad and no high earners. Smith to get his jotters as well not just for the lack of promotion but the lurking disaster the team has become and the lack of faith all round. Plenty of players to move on as well.

I'd like a good few players to go as well

Im quite serene about the whole thing. I think that when they blew it last Saturday I knew that was it and these 2 matches would just prolong the agony. Whatever decisions happen will need to be fairly swift so that the rebuild can begin, players are already getting signed up by other clubs.

I don' think we'd go for McKinnon again there surely is a lot of bad blood there. Jim Duffy has dragged himself back and we could do a lot lot worse.

If the part time next season is to be believed it will be a whole new team near enough. Do we give it to Easton (if he wants it) and manage our promotion expectations for a few seasons.

I knew as soon as that team went out we were in the shite then throw away 2 fucking goals into the mix. I'm amazed Davo never got a red for chinning a few team mates. Well that's it for another year and surely the end of that team. Barry Smith has been found wanting time and again yet clings to the same team and tactics.

Plenty people raised concerns when Callachan was sold and the change in the team was apparent straight away. Robertson has been hailed as the main man in midfield and rightly so but Callachan was the better of the 2. That said although a huge miss it shouldn't have caused the issues it has including the fact Vaughan has been pissing about in midfield half the season and Buchanan has been shoehorned into a team that is intent on bypassing 50 yards of the pitch every tme it goes forward.

If it is to be part time or mix or then I think this is time for a good cull. Over the last couple of years the personnel just haven't overall done what's been asked. They got relegated to the worst team ever to grace the league. They've fucked up time and again this season, there was a point they could have been 10 points clear but threw that away. Then despite along this all they have to do is win at home on the last day but fall flat on their face. The away record is shite and a good amount of the home results have been fortunate. I know the board have excelled themselves with shite managerial appointments and even worse transfer dealings, however there is a core of players who have been here throughout and with few exceptions they lack something despite their individual quality and previous successes.

On the Vaughan situation if we stay down we should cash him in now we have f**k all money as it is and by the sounds of it part time anyway. He's stayed longer than he ever needed to and has acted with professionalism and dignity throughout his time here but for the sake of his short career he needs to be out of this league.
