  1. I would guess Murray is the issue, he's been in and out with issues all year. Watson went out in September and has only just come back so you would like to think they have fixed him by now.
  2. Nothing more at the minute, wonder he will be loaned out?
  3. We have to be the only support in the world that gets palpations when their team scores 4 goals at home.
  4. Friday was Murray's best use of subs for a long time, perhaps even for the season. He swapped like for like kept the shape didn't go daft at the back and it really paid off. Connolly and Easton went for DU down the sides and we just got the ball further up the park. It's a great philosophy to have finish the match as strongly as we start it, the issue being getting players who are desperate to play to buy into it when they are on the bench. We just looked hungrier and seemed more of a team on Friday than we have for weeks. I wonder how Millengate has affected the team?
  5. I'm absolutly gutted I couldn't get along to that last night it looked sensational but thats life. Well we have well and truely stopped the rot now. Second half we struggled to get a grip and kept punting it aimlessly before the changes. Big Kev what an absolute shagger, back to his best after that injury easily man of the match don't think anyone else came close. His save at the end not only was it a great stop from close range but (and he does this so well) he pushes it so far away from the goal. Defence needs a bit more work especially with set pieces but seemed to keep its shape better overall. We still looked a bit timid with passing in the second half and until the subs were made struggled to get up the park. That said the subs were inspired, not sure Byrne was coming off for Brown if he didn't get that shiner? But Connolly, Easton and Brown got us that 10-15 yards further forward and United started to falter. Rudden looked on fire for the first half hour don't what the f**k they did to wind him up before hand. Big Jack played an absolute blinder with his shithousing on the keeper. It can't be underestimated how massive that win was. If we'd lost the title was done, DU would have carried on picking up points in a stable if unspectacular manner. A draw wouldn't have been a total disaster but we'd have to be almost flawless and still need favours from other teams. This puts us back in control of our own destiny. It also heaps the pressure onto Goodwin and DU, will they cope with it and kick on? Now we just need to clone Stanton so we have a spare. Oh and from watching at home (wtf was up with the camera angle?) Felt the ref had a decent game ge just let the match flown some of the other refs would have been card happy and blown up at every tussle and 50-50
  6. I was there it was the official opening of the renovated Stark's Park.
  7. Om quote concerned about that's 2 Dundee United players rocking curtains.
  8. Top shithousery there from Hamilton. That keeper giving it the hold me back hold me back to Aiden Connolly who is five foot four.
  9. f**k sakes rovers can you please pass it forward without just humping it aimlessly.
  10. Our defence is shite as ever but we look a lot better in the middle
  11. We are so open at the back but in particular right back that you wonder if Brown for Millen is the answer. Don't think there was much choice if you believe the gossip
  12. Rovers still a mess at the back, United will score at some point.
