We were absolutely atrocious today, possibly one of the worst games I've ever seen. East Kilbride have no shape, no game plan, no desire, no fight. It's embarrassing. I've been doing this 2 days a week, 24hrs fasting, since I got back from holiday 5 weeks ago and really feeling the benefit. I've upped my exercise and stopped drinking during the week and so far lost 6lbs. Done a lot of research and watched a lot of stuff on YouTube about fasting and the benefits, not only in weight loss are incredible

As a former member of the SNP I have mixed feelings. Having met Nicola Sturgeon a few times, I always found her to be engaging and interested on a personal level. I'm disappointed with the lack of progression in the advancement of the independence movement since 2014. I always thought that after the referendum the SNP were trying too hard to be something for everyone rather than stay true to their main cause, I think a lot of that is down to her. I'm now so politically disenfranchised I don't think I will vote at another election.
