We will still have a very decent budget for a league one club. Would suspect only Falkirk, Dunfermline and possibly Kelty have the capabilities of offering a bigger contract to a player

One of my mates is a United fan so watched them a fair few times. He plays the most boring and unimaginative football on the planet. However, he was really keen on giving youth a chance which could come in handy for a club like us

No chance he will get sacked before then either if there is a chance we can get rid of him for free

Him and SC had more than a year left, and you’d presume both earned a higher wage, much bigger outlay to get rid of them

But why would that be the case? The lower we finish the less money we earn, and as a result the directors will need to put more of their own money in

Gibson surely isn’t on that much more money than they were paying him as a player anyway, and both him and Murray’s contracts are to the end of the season. The difference in our league position if we get it right would pay both their wages for 6 months surely
