  1. Stennie should win this comfortably. Not only are Elgin a total gang, but their new manager is clearly a chancer. Thank god they hired that clown.
  2. Hoping we've made an ambitious move for Jeanfield's #1 but sadly I don't see it happening and I think we'll be edged out of this. Delusions of a point but that's probably the heart speaking.
  3. No chance - next time you get to visit a proper stadium will be when your big club goes bust again
  4. Fair play to the Rovers on making the right decision. It's just a shame they've chosen to post like a teenage girl about it.
  5. Lee Hamilton is an excellent signing. Not to sound like your stereotypical Stenhousemuir fan, but he'll be a very good addition and immediately arrives as one of the best out and out defenders in the league.
  6. An ambitious club is probably defined as one that wasn't in the Championship with Hearts, Hibernian and Rangers less than a decade ago and which chose to use that massive financial opportunity to marvel at and fondle the balls of their big club as opposed to actually taking advantage of the opportunity. Still, at least you got what was coming to you - your spiral into freefall and oblivion has been a delight to watch from afar. I'm sure you much prefer playing universities and fat 45 year olds, though. The financial devastation your club finds itself in is completely of your own making, and your club's embarassing behaviour has made enemies of even the likes of your own local council, who would be happy to see you put out of your misery. Safe to say I don't think you need to worry much longer about what constitutes an ambitious club in the Lowland League. I hope this helps.
  7. The only thing that gives Stennie the remotest chance of getting a result here is home advantage. If this match was away, their powderpuff mob of flashy peahearts would be murdered in the opening 20 minutes by the much more athletic, much more spirited and much more honest opposition. As it happens though, Ochilview is a very tough place to go thanks to the cunning Warriors' ability to perform a sponsored silence for an entire game, you can expect to see a disconcerted Rose. 1-1.
  8. Pleased to see an honest evaluation of the situation, rather than some nonsense about the 'self police'
  9. Hahahahaha the entitled chicken boy will have to ask his journo mates to reprint the scores for this one eh? Or at least cover it with a story about the next 25 signings he'll be bringing in this week to sort it out. Jobber
  10. The thing about Stevenson being poor on the ball is that it's so novel he's not offside for once you don't even mind it.
  11. Got it right about the East Kilbride chicken mutant, got it right about McCall, have it right about Malcolm. The way some of you lot are talking about a 70 year-old man is nothing short of a disgrace. Chasing him out the club calling him a fat b*****d at games and then showering him with this patronising pish about 'losing sparkle'. You'll get everything you deserve
  12. Get down, diddies. My track record speaks for itself. Your ego has killed your club. Shame!
  13. A big well done to all the Smokies who got their wish tonight, driving out a management team that has made the club relevant for the first time in its entire history. Of course, the irony is that Dick had already started his own succession planning when bringing in Stuart Malcolm, who he'd have been able to mentor and guide. Now, you're stuck with Malcolm and no guidance, and so probably lumped with a poor guy who'll be totally out of his depth with about 6 weeks of knowing the squad. You reap what you sow, and I hope you'll look back at this moment with regret when you're preparing for the League 2 relegation play-offs in a few year's time - while I and the rest of Scottish football point and laugh. Talk about getting too big for your boots. Wankers.
  14. Speaks volumes about our last decade plus when a human pie that never left the centre circle is being hailed and missed. Hopefully with his election he'll pick who he speaks to pre-match more selectively so our plans aren't plastered all over pieandbovril Win last night but it was certainly nothing to get carried away about against very poor opposition. It's a habit though and hopefully we carry it in to next week against opposition who are similarly appalling
  15. First pretending to be in the know about the Kilbride Cramp Twins, then Mr McCall. Those mystery sources must have just accidentally got it right. Weird that.
  16. Lot of people working themselves very hard under all this stress and worry. Needs someone to answer the call
  17. Plenty of time until the end of the season, not long left if we're going to give the new man sufficient time to look at the squad before the Jan window so we can make the bulk of movements at the start of rather than during the month. I hope now I've spelt this out very basically for your simple little brain that your understanding has improved. All the best!
