  1. Here we go Every confidence that we will win today, C'mon the bino's Let's get right into this lot from the 1st whistle, leave it all out there We will be fine, let's be positive
  2. Why don't you just pay at the gate Card or cash, your choice
  3. Here's hoping John McGlynn gets the Manager of the year award for a fantastic unbeaten season from the nominations Would be thoroughly deserved, led a great team & special mention also to your support Was a pleasure to host you at Forthbank this season, good luck on Saturday ️
  4. Can't really comment on what I've seen from your team...only what I've witnessed both times at Forthbank & Palmerston At times we have been really quiet on the park, lack belief in games such as 2 x away at Brockville & NDP... conceding 20 goals & 0 for...I look back at these games & they have really cost us....those games were painful to watch.. & a large part as to why our goal difference is so poor.. At home though we have been much better...we have a better performance level...i don't know if it's mental, being on grass, but it's just the way we are... we come together, more solid, vocal & dig....& i think that's our strength & will carry us through on Saturday....I'd be delighted with 1-0 prediction Again it's just my own opinion Confident without being arrogant C'mon the bino's
  5. Thanks @Oweny I still believe that we will be fine Confident without being arrogant. C'mon the bino's
  6. I said before & i still stand by it... confident the Bino's will be fine & we will pick up the win on Saturday against Annan All that's gone is in the past... 90 minutes on Saturday will decide it... Opinions are great & i respect them all, including the negative one's from our own supporters, I've seen this before over 50 years.. never bought into the negative frame of mind.. I'm sure that the management staff..coaches & players are confident that we will get the win on Saturday togetherness on the park & hopefully the fans to will be shown Positive energy, desire, leaders & voices will see us through C'mon the bino's
  7. What kind of mentality is that to have.... you might as well sit in with the Annan dozen or so Christmas must be fun in your house
  8. So we have have just beaten ECFC & Annan drew 3-3 with Falkirk That means we know what we need to do come Saturday At home to Annan, win & we retain league 1 status I'm happy with that, I'm happy with today, was confident about today & a bit nervy at times but we did what we needed, we are powerless over what Annan done & quite frankly i don't care... I'm still confident we will be fine & i have faith that we will get it done ..Great backing from the fans today as we have been all season away.. I know that we are all different, i get that, but the fan's looking ahead to play offs, doom & gloom, believing we will get beat, Annan always beat us blah blah blah ..i just don't understand it personally..like i say everyone is different I have nervous energy about next week but it's positive nervous energy..i have lived this rollercoaster with the bino's since early 70's but I'm always positive, We are at home last game of the season against Annan...not Barcelona... I believe in this bino's team & I'm positive we will win C'mon the bino's Let's kick out the negative energy from Forthbank Just my opinion
  9. Job done i suppose, was never in danger of losing the game Absolute shite place for football...the poor wee ball boys must run about 6 miles each game. Wish we could play ECFC every week we'd be on our holidays now What was with the big overweight guy coming on for ECFC did he win a raffle to be a player for a day So Annan get a draw, which means that we have to win next week, might not be a bad thing just have to go out & leave it all out there on the park
  10. None of this negative stuff Hopefully Offord & Carrick upfront...I'm thinking he may bring Leitch back in for Banner for this one...Hilson RM or he might even throw Milne in at RM (Hopefully not) Just really want Offord who is a natural striker upfront for this rather than out wide....hopefully McPake on the other side might even pass the ball today Voices on the pitch, composure on the ball, winners, togetherness & desire, fighting for each other, a bit of confidence & support each other Comfortable win for the bino's
  11. Absolutely no pressure 100% confident of a win tomorrow Bino's
  12. Could have finished above 8th Aye & we could have finished 2nd
  13. "Nice to know your here" "Nice to know your here" Will see you a week on Saturday for the shootout at Forthbank Bino's
  14. 3 meetings this season v Edinburgh 3 wins = 9 point's 8 goals for. 1 against Isn't that enough basis i don't know what more than that you need & it's not wishful thinking it's fact.. I'm staying positive...fully support the team..confident that we will win on Saturday Stronger together.. bino's
  15. Definitely finished above not only ourselves but Annan also Do you think that you would have made the playoffs We have played yourselves 3 times this season & taken 9 points...did you have no team at the start of the season .. I feel for the support, we have been there as a club ourselves & it's tough...but i hope that you come back from it & definitely a new stadium to enjoy it...that athletics stadium is the worst place in any division for football ️ But can't agree with the belief that you would have finished at least 8th Good luck in the 2nd Division next year, I genuinely hope that you can have stability & success
  16. Like i said i believe we will be fine, not saying that with arrogance... this team needs our support not doubts If we play as a team with hunger & desire we will have way to much for Edinburgh Give Offord & Carrick the opportunity upfront Bino's
  17. Goal.....I'm thinking about Goals...we will be fine,, Carrick is back to full fitness,,hopefully supported upfront with Offord & let them run riot on the worse defence in the league.. Yes a poor QOS team last week but managed to keep a clean sheet Keep positive bino's
  18. Pies are rank rotten last visit...coffee was worse Parking was a nightmare too as the Scottish masters snooker was on at the same time. Weather was honkin, got soaked, last game Thomo scored for us just before half time & Josh Cooper took over the 2nd half, 3 points & job done
  19. I've seen us all season home and away & stats can be deceiving & individual mistakes costly, but i am still confident without being arrogant that we will secure 3 points on Saturday
  20. When buying my ticket i see the price has increased from £12 to £15.... that's embarrassing having to pay that for that run down athletics stadium
  21. I think that we are missing out on the best Kieran Offord by playing him out wide instead of his natural position of central striker....no disrespect to Spenny...but i think the game is too quick for him on these plastic pitches...the ball runs away from him unless it's directly into his feet... Offord away to Annan...1st full start playing through the middle scores his 1st goal...clear to see he was our best player that day & were he belongs...Cove away...being direct..runs at defence inside & scores...Montrose...last minute...through the middle...scores...against Alloa probably our best player from a bad lot,,certainly made chances for himself... Kelty away...out wide right...against the wind anonymous...2nd half swapped out wide so McPake could come to the other side beside DY & ended up being frustrated with lack of the ball...same last week against QOS...swapped about out wide either side to accommodate McPake & couldn't be direct & show his striker's instinct because he was fitting in to fit around other's...McPake then Spence off for Hilson...he then subs Offord for Milne of all people...then hooks a knackered Carrick for a very bland Leitch making Hilson the striking option WTF!!!! Hilson can't score, can't run the line, isn't direct & has no pace... Spence is an impact sun IMO...no pace but clever when the game is stretched....that's when he's better.... Instead of having Carrick run himself into the ground & be passed along the line,,give him support...another natural striker...Offord....let the 2 of them do what they do best...we are playing ECFC...be ruthless..let them play their natural position & be positive...enough of this Offord out wide right or then left if McPake wants to swap & be closer to DY....play the position McPake...do the role...let Offord & Carrick loose upfront together,,give them a double problem with pace, direct & natural striker's Ok if he does drop Banner for Leitch i could live with that....one thing for sure is it wouldn't be Banner for Cooper..that's just never going to happen for Cooper & i think he can feel a little bit aggrieved at the lack of playing time... But please DY let's be direct,,do the right thing & let Offord at them through the middle with Carrick & stop wasting his natural ability out wide...let's go after them & win this game...if needs must later on bring Spence on then to use his experience...but not as a starter, Still believe, C'mon the bino's
  22. So here we are again...When Saturday comes....the joys of supporting the Bino's....seen it all before....but still confident...not arrogant but belief in the guy's....that bit of hunger & desire to dig deep inside themselves...prove that they have got it going into 2 big games....no matter what the outcome on Saturday i still believe it will come down to Annan at Forthbank, i would think given the season & record's they are chasing Falkirk will take at least a point from Annan for the invincible season...leaving us to go out & get 3 points against ECFC with a team performance....show why we were champions last season & have control going into the last game....anything less then we would need to win the following week no 2nd chances....that's only my way of looking at it... Few point's to follow up on previous comments & again this is only my opinion... I would hold my hands up about being critical of Cammy Clark...but as @WattersIsGod pointed out he's had zero cover or help firstly Milne who DY desperately tried to shoehorn into the team at all costs as it was one of his signings & latterly McPake who has zero interest passing to anyone never mind defending....McPake overplays the ball & the situation all too often...which i also believes upsets the balance of the team...no doubt he has ability....just very frustrating...so yes Cammy Clark has had it tough, however i don't see him as long-term LB,, maybe Crane next season with a returning Davidson in midfield plus 1 other signing,, cut losses with Milne...Hilson also has been a real disappointment...1 goal return simply isn't enough...he flatters deceive...Spenny is a trier..but at this stage it's a level above for him IMO... So what's our other options...we don't have another Thomo....but we do have Offord...who IS & wa signed as a striker,, previous loan spells as a striker...yet DY doesn't play him upfront with DC....I'd love to see that combination...raw pace...defenders hate it....Carrick's experience & Offord's eye for goal...that would be my choice 2 upfront We need to step away from get the ball to McPake at all costs because he's getting worked out now & we are predictable I'd still like to see BC back in goals Scouse, Jojo, Pab's, Cammy will probably be the back 4 Midfield of Hilson RM..... Crane & Banner CM......... McPake LM Offord & Carrick upfront that's just my team thoughts....opinion is good & so is positivety...I've still got faith & belief we will be fine,,I just want to see that desire,, strong voices,, self belief & belief in each other,, taking ownership of our status,, Bino's are winners Home & Away....C'mon the bino's
  23. We need a major change in personnel...unsure what Pabs is doing next year but we need at least another 3 at the back even if we see Crane as LB next season I expect Davidson to be the obvious CM next year..with McPake moving on & Offord returning to St Mirren we will need another 3 in midfield We have Carrick & Cammy from the Uni...I don't see a starting place for Spence,Hilson in that position so we need at least 1 more & a winger... I also don't see many club's giving us Loan players because we just use them on the bench or they return to parent clubs Apart from Kai & Flynn Duffy last season, everyone else is not getting much opportunity for development... Robbie Hamilton last year from Hibs...Ewan Wilson this year from Motherwell who i still can't believe DY not playing him & his stubbornness in playing Milne all the time....Offord from St Mirren is a striker yet he keeps playing him out wide instead of giving him the opportunity alongside Carrick or upfront in his absence..he prefers to go with Hilson...also Rudi from Hibs...bench cover... We are a 2nd division squad with 2 additions at the start of the season signed by DY Hilson has been poor Milne has been awful But he is stubborn & was loyal for far to long... probably still is to some players...but what league we are in next year will be interesting to see who gets punted & who comes in....but agreed the balance at the moment is wrong.... McPake has talent...but isn't a team player....but DY expects the game to revolve around him & it's just not happening..the balance is wrong & ffs basic football...if we get a corner at least get it past the 1st defender...get it in the mixer We need better quality than that & get the ball on the floor when in possession....hoof ball just doesn't work...strikers just chasing hopeless aimless punts
