I think there is 7 nailed on starters for Serbia if all fit and available Marshall, McTominay, Gallagher, Robertson, McGinn, Fraser and Dykes I expect O'Donnell will probably make way for either Palmer/Tierney. Considine may also come out for McKenna/Cooper or Tierney Then the two central midfield roles are likely to be Jack and McGregor but could see Christie or Armstrong coming in for one of them. I think Clarke will go for: Marshall, Palmer, McTominay, Gallagher, Tierney, Robertson, Jack, McGregor, McGinn, Fraser, Dykes

Scotland Squad face November

For someone who seems to moan on a weekly basis about players that play in a foreign league, thats a ridiculous shout for a call up. Is he in Spanish tier 2 or 3 this year?- 325 replies

Scotland vs Slovakia (UEFA Nations League)
Quentin Taranbino replied to charger29's topic in Tartan Army Ramblings
The pressing by this Scotland team tonight has been excellent. All over the park and for the full game. Some people will say this is shite turgid football to watch, but this is the first Scotland game in a long while, where I think we have played to our strengths. The players seem to be getting to grips with the roles And the effort has been great from all. If we can hold off here for the win then Steve Clarke deserves praise. -
Stirling Albion Thread

Aye Ben is a natural for being a young kid, his confidence is good and will improve with more games. Such a great sevrice though for the price, the interactive twitter was really well used, the pre match graphics were good and the quality of the stream was excellent. Minor point - I don't think the camera angles need to change in open play but that may be a personal preference of mine. I think the normal view is fine for the match. -

We (Stirling Albion) have signed Aldin El-Zubaidi. Is he any good? Seems to have been with you guys most recently? Reckon he will adapt for league 2 with no issues? -

If we stick with 3 at the back and players out of position we will be fucked. Get back to 4-2-3-1 Get Robertson back to left back Get Tierney to right back Get McTominay back to centre mid Get Fraser back out wide Do the above and I'm still confident we will get past Israel .................................Marshall............................. Tierney......McKenna......Cooper.......Robertson .....................McTominay.....Fleck.......................... Junior football, what is the future?
Quentin Taranbino replied to Burnie_man's topic in Junior Football
Isle of Arran (amateurs) expressed an interest so I'm told but waaaay too soon for them so unlikely to have applied. I dont believe they have even been in the mainland league for very long so I suspect they might of been one of the teams that attended meeting/expressed interest but not in SJFA Eta: came from a player rather than a club official so could be shite! -
Honestly, the way people talk about McBurnie and Burke on here, you would think they had flopped and were playing in League 2 where in reality they are both regulars in EPL and La Liga and under 24 years old. Yes, both players have probably failed to live up to their inflated transfer fees however neither player is "shite", neither should be written off completely, and neither player have been significantly worse than many of their other Scotland team mates over the years.

..............................Marshall......................... Tierney.....Hanley.....Cooper.....Robertson .................McTominay....Fleck...................... Christie...............McGinn..............Fraser ...............................McBurnie...................... If all fit then that's the line up I would go with. Wouldnt be bothered if Griffiths or Armstrong started either in place of McBurnie and Fraser

Plenty of stat guys on here - I wonder just how many 'Tuesday nights at Elgin' there have been since they entered the league. I reckon less than 20 -
Steven Caulker off to Fenerbache apparently

To me it sounds very much like the player has told Arsenal "Look I'm just coming back from injury, trying to force myself to be the number 1 left back and the Scotland games are pretty meaningless so I would rather not go away with Scotland if that's cool?" And Arsenal have said 'aye no bother, we will tell them you are unavailable' Steve Clarke and Scotland will know its Tierneys decision but for obvious reasons dont want to publically blame the player so have just put it back on the club.
