  1. No not having that surely ...wait for it.....wait for it......They Don't Do Whacking Away
  2. Well the Fanzine When Saturday Comes has an article where the most popular view seems to be that Scottish Football risks been seen as a bigger joke than it already is (grr b*st*rds but hey if the cap fits i guess ) if it allows rangers to carry on in the SPL please don't mention Schrödinger ....apart from giving me nightmares about bloody complex equations to learn at University you'll have Chick Young wasting his day searching the interweb thinking it's Rangers first round Euro opponents or a prospective signing after they get the ban overturned.
  3. Hang on...... So if Kennedy's bloke has had the books what did Bill Miller's man look at......have they 2 sets of books? (Ok more than likely) or did they just sit and share?
  4. Interestingly the original poster is warned later in the thread that he could be in serious trouble posting stuff like that and the last sentence has been edited out now (although strangely, unlike here, it doesn't highlight that the post has been edited) Bit late though.
  5. Yes Let's look at the Olympics with one of our own best results - Alain Baxter won a bronze medal and was later found to have a trace of banned substance originating from a Vicks inhaler. Not 10 years of doping and cheating all the other skiers ...a one off simple mistake of not knowing US vicks was different to UK. And what happened. Kicked out...no medal.
  6. Strangely I was about to post something similar as I was thinking "There's a Carry On film in this surely" Thinking of who would play what parts I had The Big Hoose guy down for the Hattie Jacques character. And then thinking about Carry on up the Jungle I found the perfect summary for our Media Guys OOZLUM birds.....mythical bird displaying ridiculous behaviour flying round and round in every decreases circles before dissapearing up it's own arse...honest Oozlum Bird Perfect description for Traynor and Young....perfect !
  7. Been bugging me but I just realised what D&P remind me of. It's that bit at the end of Alan Sugar's Apprentice tasks where the years numpties who have totally arsed up the weeks task run about the city centre trying to offload stuff at bargain basement prices just to cut their losses. Strange really because there were Rangers fans in this seasons episodes ( Food selling in Edinburgh where one load tried to sell gourmet meatballs to Gers and Jambos at Tynecastle for at £7-50 a pop...later reduced to £5 then £2-50.......50p )
  8. THAT'S THURSDAY LUNCHTIME ABSOLUTELY COME AND GONE ! JESUS IT’S DAM NEAR TEA TIME !
  9. I doubt D&P could pull a hair out their arse never mind a rabbit out a hat.
  10. It's just silly season now “We want to try to reassure supporters that while our duty as administrators is to secure the best deal for creditors." And yet Mr Ng is quoted at being stunned that they are willing to now accept a bid of half what he originally proposed….so they’ve bungled the opportunity to get twice as much money for the creditors "We don't want ot put out season ticket renewals" Yeah beacuse there's nothing you can do with it. Use any of that and when Rangers go bust as post administration debt D&P would have to refund it. Last weeks statement Paul Clark, joint administrator, said: “After many weeks of negotiation and deliberation we believe that the structure of the bid from Mr Miller provides not only the most deliverable outcome but preserves the history of the Club. Rangers Football Club will continue as the football club it has been for 140 years.” This weeks statement is probably prepared already “After 3 days of panic and shouting ‘for f***s sake what is going on who the hell are these guys, oh it's doesn't matter take the money whatever it is take the f*****n money’ we believe that the structure of the bid from (INSERT NAME HERE) provides not only the most deliverable outcome but preserves the history of the Club. Rangers Football Club will continue as the football club it has been for 140 years.” </SPAN>
  11. Any one else expecting one of them to wobble or someone to start moving a la Police Squad freeze frame endings?
  12. Why do we get in the middle of every developement....Ally McCoist has met with as if it's some big breakthrough...what has the club's manager to do with top level club business affairs ..that's not his job at all and he most certainly isn't qualified or have anywhere near the knowledge he'd need. Coaching tactics player selection identifying targets and those he may part with to afforf the new player/s that's his role and what he's employed for not discussing takeover and company finances.
  13. After that McCoist will be saying We have absolutely really run out of time...and I'm not threatening....it is
  14. Argggghhh "Duff and Phelps want to get it done by this weekend." Despite the fact that I'm willing to bet they know less about Bill Ng than they did about Miller. Is he really going to sink 1/4 of his family's personal wealth into something that could potentially swallow the other 3/4 Like the thought of the three bidders doing very sophisticated research into the situation though.
  15. At £1000 a pop you could make a fair bit selling it as the ultimate Rangers supporters Cemetary Plot...what 'bear' wouldn't wish to buried under the hallowed Ibrox turf they watched their heros play on. Chance to put Football is my religion to the test.
  16. Drafting - ahh would be nice to think all teams would get a chance at being decent in everyone's lifetime through a fair system but apart from the the fact we don't have the set up for it...... Who decides draft position? Media...Fans.....I reckon given recent goings on in our Media shows that I wouldn't trust them to vote tactically to place their idea of best player at exactly the right position for the OF to pick .....same with a fans vote. League winners Celtic 12th pic Runners up Rangers (if they exist) 11th pick New 16 year old Messi/Rooney emerge in the years draft ....erm i don't think they're as good as people believe - I'll put them around 11th/12th maybe...that Crawford Baptie's lad is my #1 pick
  17. and we were being told this was the best way forward while many on here had done a very limited search into the guy and flagged up that he was a complete chancer (Whyte-lite ) Honestly...our authorities were meeting this guy and pressing ahead with potential plans for once he'd magically made the massive debt dissapear. Sheff Wed found him and his mates out after spending a fortune entertaining their bid....Tranmere Rovers sussed them out even quicker....our amateurs....well who knows but they'd not raised any concern up to point of him pulling out (Surprise...huge surprise )......and our media...good digging eh...they saw it coming too preferring to go with pictures of his glamour wife rather than actually look at whether he was viable or not......CLOWNS !
  18. So that's CHEETOS and KY Jelly to contact about a magnificent opportunity for Publicity.....might try this lot too the more unkind might suggest this insurance group
  19. Certainly another contender but it would be interesting if SPL would go with it. Surely the short term value of such a deal to member clubs would outweigh the long term Football wide future ridicule of "isn't that the country with/which had the funny league name" ....just as for short term gain they'll face the football world's riduclue of "isn't that the League that allows cheats to the tune of £150million odds in it unpunished."
