  1. Administrators are confident that this is the best deal for Creditors the alternative according to Green is they get nothing REALLY ? Nobody will own more than 15% of the club = even if you believe the £8.5million new money figure none of us is willing to stump up any more than £1 million for what they believe is a Global Brand
  2. 3 for Aluko today....that's 8 since the turn of March.....considering he only managed 4 though Dec-Feb period that's an impressive 200% improvement in goalscoring.
  3. Fantastic connections eh ? Hopefully for them more impressive than the amount they have to invest if they have about £8 million between 20 of them. To be fair I've been to India and Kenya lately and both were teeming with Sheffield Unt shirts from his last venture.
  4. Rangers fans wondering why there are only around 1000 St Johnstone fans there and this is why they need them. I suspect St Johnstone fans are are like the rest of us sick of Rangers and can't stomach going to the game. Most people are wisely wary of seriously wounded animals as you never know who they will strike out at so are probably just giving it a miss. Strange that 2000 of their regular support wouldn't fancy watching their team try to compete with a Rangers side they know they shouldn't be able to afford to field.
  5. I always thought McCann came across a little simple but that is astounding naivety probably grounded in sheer desparation for it to be true.
  6. YIPEEE someone a few days ago said how long would it be before Freddy Shepherd's name appeared and here we go pretty much right on cue Daily Mail
  7. Wonder if Sunday morning's papers will have a little gem to encourage discussion to bring up the 1000?
  8. And back to Perth Can I suggest to the Tannoy man to get the Little Voice soundtrack with Michael Caine singing It's Over .......do watch and see how bloody good a choice this would be ....includes lines such as "what the f**k am I gonna do now" & "finished I'm f*****g finished" & Good f****g Bye" among his rant
  9. Never entered my head for a minute it lead to expulsion merely a complete headache, further embarassment for the SPL and delay of fixture release for the rest of us.
  10. Really? You think Dundee's fixtures and Rangers are interchangable. Seeding suspect both would be expected to finish in opposite halves. Travel - East Coast v West Coast would definately throw up different requirements. Derbies - Hearts v Hibs, Killie vSaints and later Celtic v Dundee Policing - Particularly relevant in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee. "The Dundee United-Dundee situation is a bit more complex but the dialogue between the SPL and the SFL has helped. Blair said: “There are only two weekends next season where both are at home. On one of those weekends, Dundee United will play on Saturday with Dundee on Sunday and vice versa on the other weekend. This was fair and will avoid some of the issues we faced last season.” If you caught the program on the English fixtures you have seen just how complex an apparently simple process is with some clubs even not being able to be schedules together as they use the same stewarding groups.
  11. 36 days until the SPL fixtures are out 22 days until the fixture programmers have to have the SPL teams "Canadian company Optimal Planning Solutions has compiled the SPL’s schedules since 2008 and, with the 2012-13 fixture list due to be published on June 18, they need to be supplied with the components of the elite division by no later than June 4."
  12. What sort of parent calls their boy Hyman ? Only bettered by US Olympic Gold medallist swimmer Misty Hyman
  13. Biggest question....will he play the now traditional run out music ? ....You know the one Jodie brought from Stamford Bridge......been posted here too many times to do it again.
  14. Surely at today's rate (1190 posts over 48 pages) a similar day of 3 or 4 good quotes from D&P and from ex players and we would see 1000 by late Saturday night.
  15. I can see Craig Whtye doing the line "Infamy Infamy...they've ll got it in for me!"
  16. Thank goodness for that ...now and then I got confused but that's cleared it all up
  17. Am I right in thinking 926 pages @ about 25 posts per page there's been about 23,000 posts on this. Just over 1500 to the 1000 page Deadline Quantum
  18. Final straw as that's the SFA's job through appointing the right referee who can award penalties for Rangers until they score one (say 3)
  19. Didn't have to slash at at all they pretty much begged after bungling it up by accepting Miller's fantasy bid
  20. What interested me was that for that figure of tax per month the SFA rightly assume that a very conservative estimate of the wage bill would be 50% of that so monthly wage bill must have been in the region £2.2 milion to a more realistic £2.75 million. Given D&P's statement putting the monthly income at around £1.2 -£1.3 million With the debt they already had......... What the bloody hell were they playing at
  21. hearing and assessing the evidence led on behalf of Rangers FC from Mr Andrew Dickson CA , Head of Football Administration of Rangers FC, Mr KenOlverman CA, Financial Controller of Rangers FC, Mr John McClelland, a former NonExecutive Director of Rangers FC, and Mr Martin Bain, the former Chief Operations Officerand Executive Director of Rangers FC Apart from their oficial representive he could have asked one of these lads.
