After all my worry about how it would go this time, missus got induced and it was practically text book delivery from the midwives. Amazing. Already pished all over me twice, learning curve for me changing boys nappies. Also has taken to doing shit at 3:30am last two nights. Brilliant pal. Superb news.

Worried about it being on too tight and hurting the kid. After being covered in pish, I took a different tack. Needs to be virtually airtight. Anyway - congratulations!

Aye, you have to watch with wee boys. It's like staring down the barrel of a gun. The second the air gets to it's away. Thanks pal, it really is, hit me from about a foot away in the living room as well actually when the missus was changing him. 1 hour ago, carpetmonster said: Put a bib over the top of it so it pushes it down. Source - angle was such that he pished on his own head and I had a beer sitting close enough to him that I wasn't going to trust it any more. Also put kitchen roll underneath from bum to feet to absorb any downward spray. It's chaotic man, apparently you can get a teepee for it. 1 hour ago, Rugster said: Brilliant pal. Superb news. Yeah I always get a bit worried in the early stages that I'll break them, picked him up the first time being used to the weight of my 2yr old and nearly lobbed him over my shoulder. 1 hour ago, superwell87 said: Congratulations mate. This sounds like a trick where I end up getting my face pished on next. On the plus side no 3:30am jobby last night, negatives he's a hungry lad and feel like we spent most of the night feeding. I've not missed that.

Idle threat which will not be implemented if she's anything like her granny.

You' d need to be a bit less cryptic.

Fascinating, hilarious, joyful…call it what you want…they really are amazing. Dons_1988
Any advice for a fussy eater? The wee one is getting worse with it, doesn’t even try things now and spirals into a proper tantrum. She’s cried for the last 15 minutes because I offered her pasta she used to enjoy.

She's already sleeping "through the night" which would be delightful, but our 2 and a half year must have inherited her dad's sleeping patterns, seems to be waking up at least twice in the night and needs chocolate milk and or sung back to sleep, then decides 5.30am is when she's fully awake! Starting her in lacrosse in two weeks, hoping maybe it will at least tire her out enough to sleep all night on Saturdays
